I called and spoke with Jim to tell me to bring it back to them to replace the transmission and they will take the $129 off the cost. Refused to refund the money. Why would I bring my car back to someone that was not able to diagnose the car in the first place. Why would I take my business from the mechanic that found the problem and bring it back to Kirk's. I would not recommend the place at all.

We've been to Brum's a few times for oil changes and minor repairs and we're glad we did. We have found Brum's to be reliable, honest, timely, and reasonable. They have not tried to up sell anything, but at the same time informed me when (for example) I needed new rear tires. He asked where I had the front done and agreed they did good work. They are always pleasant and professional. I recommend Brum's very highly and will not go someplace else if Brum's can do the work!

Sean from Brums was so patient, and helped with multiple requests from BMW to have the repair retroactively covered. Steve Medeiros answered the phone and suggested we try to push the dent out because why would I want to replace a bumper on my older car. I was surprised that he suggested an easy fix and so so grateful. I came by the next day and he spend about 30 min pushing the dent out himself to much success! On top of saving me the cost of a new bumper, he didn't charge me a penny for his time. I owe him big time and plan to go no where but the Mike's Auto Body family of businesses.
