They sent me inside and the man I spoke to on the phone took a look and we had a loose/unscrewed connector. He also said you cannot over fill the tanks we have. What a nice man and an easy fix to a simple problem. Thank you!!!!!!!!

Then we parked curbside and waited. And waited. And waited. Never got the notice it was ready, so I went into the app to check the status and it said curbside pickup was until 6 PM. I wasn't told that when I ordered, but okay. Not the store's fault, I guess. So the next day I'm waiting on the notice that it's ready for pickup. And I'm waiting. And waiting. And waiting. I finally get a notice about midday that one item was out of stock and I'd get a refund. Okay, so back to waiting for the rest. I wait. And wait. And wait some more. And finally 24 hours after the initial order I give up and cancel. What happened to it being ready in two hours? And how does two hours become over 24?? I'm so furious. I would have just gotten them all in store if they hadn't been heavier items that we needed help loading into the car because I have a hernia and my husband had spinal fusion surgery and neither of us can lift much. I definitely would never recommend ordering pickup from this location and I'll just go to Lowe's from now on.

We called multiple times for a delivery and got the run around - 30-40 minute wait to speak to a representative every time, deliveries promised multiple times, no local service - and then, when we finally cancelled service, they told us tank pick up would be $299 dollars plus another $159 for service fees. If you want horrible service, go with Amerigas. If you actually want GOOD service and get to speak with someone immediately, we have spoken with companies in and near Little Rock and already 100% more satisfied. AMERIGAS IS UNETHICAL AND SHOULD BE AVOIDED.

I mentioned they showed on the website for $22. She said I had the wrong handles but did not offer any assistance in finding the right ones. She asked I look them up on my phone and provide her the product number which I thought was strange as a computer terminal was in front of her. Another employee came to my assistance and found the right handles albeit for $2 more than shown on the website. At this point I just wanted the handles and to get out of there so I didn't quibble and paid. The cashier was quite unfriendly and displayed a "you're bothering me" attitude followed with "take it or leave it, I don't really care". I live in west Little Rock and had driven downtown specifically for the handles. I try to make purchases at locally owned businesses whenever possible. Needless to say, I won't return to Besser. If I want to be ignored and unappreciated as a customer I can just go to Home Depot or Lowes much closer to my home.

We'd thought she needed the battery replaced but Anthony determined fairly quickly that there was a Verizon scanning app running in the background and that was draining the battery. The lady came back with the font size blown up, to make a one page document into a page and a half, the font size I have on the text files is 12, standard size for legal work. She is changing the font sizes to make more pages. She tried to force me to pay for 6 pages that were unusable, before she would print it correctly and then charge me a 3rd time, I said "no", she immediately slammed my usb down on the desk and ordered me to get out. She claims I didn't tell her I wanted the one page document, all on the same page, which is a lie, I told her as she was taking it to the back, to print it, that was the purpose for the image file, if she couldn't do it correctly from the text files. I asked for her name and who the manager is, she claimed that she is the manager. So now I have to find out who she is and who is above her, to file a complaint, because if she is a manager, she certainly shouldn't be.
