They keep it very clean! The store has a bit of anything you might need. Such as hardware, car items, water, drinks, candy, chips, pizza, ice cream, lottery tickets and great price on gas. They also have quick food items and coffee. Plus an ATM if you want to pay cash. There is a little Baskin Robbins inside with tables to sit and enjoy. They even have a car wash and sell propane.

This pilot is actually located on a funky location in proximity to getting off the interstate. It's really small, and the bathrooms weren't what I'd expect from a Pilot at all. While they weren't the worst I've seen but , it wasn't what I expected from Pilot in general. The cashier that helped me was incredibly friendly though, and the inside of the store itself was clean. The 3 stars comes from the bathroom situation.

He walks around my house and after about 10 minutes leaves. In the meantime I called Ferrellgas and apologized to the lady I spoke with about them making a dry run. She said no worries it must have been a glitch in the system. On 1/17/25 I get a bill for $80.63, for a delivery charge and tax. I called and after a 23 minute hold was told it would have to go to a manager and one would call. Have not heard from anyone. Guess I won't be doing business with them.

Again, I reached out, had to talk to a remote call center, was told a delivery is scheduled for 01/27/25. Why was my order not put at the top of the list since my order was placed on 01/03/25????? Poor, pitiful, customer service. I guess my LONG tenure with this company has been for naught. When we arrived late we called and she walked us through the gate code entry and our spot. She was most concerned we would be comfortable there b/c of recent hard rains and standing water. The campground has bathrooms and laundry, it is right in the middle of several places to eat, which you can walk to. The wi fi worked great. The spot was quite. I took a lovely morning walk around the property, which is surrounded by woods. Evie contacted us the next day, as we left early to hit the road. It felt like my mom calling to make sure we were okaywe will definitely be back. Thank you again Evie for going above and beyond.
