What an amazing and qualified staff. Certainly not what you would expect from an emergency clinic as opposed to your regular Vet. The examination by Dr.Braha and communication of technical information was unmatched. Our Golden Retriever needed x-rays and an ultrasound. We were chasing possible ingestion of a foreign object or something else like intestinal inflammation or pancreatitis. Our Golden was diagnosed correctly and medicines administered and prescribed. Hats off as well to the front desk staff. Every doctor, technician, assistant and/or admin staff was beyond our expectations. Our only disappointment was that they only provide emergency care. If they provided regular veterinary services we would immediately switch from our current vet to Dr. Braha and Fetch. :) :) :) :) And please do not put any stock in complaints of wait time. My puppy Santino was having a problem keeping food down and was very lethargic. We went to fetch hospital for help and to give us guidance on want to do to help my puppy . The people in the hospital were very helpful and sympathetic , after spending 3 hours in the hospital and multiple test it was determined that Santino needed surgery to remove stones from his bladder . April 1 we were there if not for a pleasant reason to bring in our fur baby who was suffering from a congested heart failure. They were so compassionate when we arrived at 2:30am. They greeted us at the door. The facility was very clean. They were very loving to our little girl. And they gave us privacy as we were faced with a hard decision to put her to rest. Three days later, we received a beautiful handwritten card by everyone of the staff members. And when we went to pick her ashes up, the service was also stellar. well brought my dog to them because he was lethargic and shaking very badly after my regular vet said to bring him there, took my dog in back room left me in waiting area then came out said well he must of hurt him self, if you want I can give you a muscle relaxer for the pain?? Really! no blood work no x rays I said yes give me medication to help. that was it, Thank God not a bad accident or broken bones but I brought my dog because he was really looked bad. I ended up being able to get my dog in next day with my regular vet, Dog still looks like he's dying shaking even after pill my Doctor, brought me in exam room checked his bones back ect said he was in sever pain that's why he's shaking so bad, Prescribed a different type of medication and stronger. 2 hrs after 1dose he was not shaking was drinking walking sooo much better This place might be good for accidents but I don't recommend them read more

Our precious little 14-year-old girl was under the medical care of our primary doctor at Punta Gorda animal Hospital. But they are not after hours unfortunately but understandably. It was around midnight with episodes of passing out, even just trying to walk. We already knew that she had been treating for congestive heart failure. We didn't expect it to happen so sudden. We live in Punta Gorda, but the local emergency room animal hospital was booked and we couldn't get in. I looked at the reviews and made the call to fetch. My phone call was answered on the second ring and it was 2:30 AM. The lady I spoke to was very calm and professional. She was certainly a calming influence for me. She got as much data from me as she could as we made our way from Punta Gorda to Fort Myers. When we arrived at 3 AM, they greeted us at the front door. They were very professional, the facilities extremely clean, and they made what was such a tragic moment for us seem more peaceful. We were confident the decision would be to put our little girl down so she could rest in peace. The physician on site gave us confidence that we made the right decision. I don't know all three other names, but I can tell you from the front desk to the tech to the vet veterinarian. I was very impressed. They made our painful experience less stressful. This is a hard post to write because in the end my dog, Scooby, we did have to say good bye to. That situation is not easy, and how everyone works at a place where this happens often, speaks to what kind of people they are- truly amazing and strong people. I called when my dog fainted and Jacob answered the phone and right away told me to come in and what to expect. When we got there the whole staff was literally waiting in the lobby for us and rushed Scoobs in the back to figure out what was going on right away. The entire staff constantly checked on us and gave us updates like every ten minutes and treated us like they had known Scoobs for years. They explained all the outcomes and provided what next steps were needed. When we left that day they carried Scoobs to the car. However, the next day we took him to the heart doctor, which the Fetch team recommended and we had to say good bye, and I will not go into those details, but it was his time. But our vet who we saw, Dr Jessica Yousif called the following day to express their sympathies, as I believe she talked to the Heart doctor about what happened. We also got a lovely thoughtful card in the mail the follow week where the whole staff signed it. While that may not seem like much, to me it meant the world. Scoobs was my best friend and been with me for ten years, while it was his time, the extra thought this whole staff put into the whole experience made it just a bit easier to get through. Listen, you aren't going here because everything is great, if I never see this place again, I'll be thrilled. However, if your dog needs an ER this is the place to go. It's also a business and so they are very upfront about the cost but unlike some places they put the dog first. I hope you never have to take your pet here but if you need an ER, I can assure you the people here will do their best to take care of you and your beloved pet. I choice to remember Scoobs before the end, and I just wish their team could have meet him prior to that last day. read more

If you are able to go to BluePearl, take the 10 minute driving distance! I saw that the star rating was great so I brought my puppy in for an emergency, he had difficulty breathing and got diagnosed with pneumonia, I was expecting the price to be a couple thousand- which it was, after the treatment and medication the doctor sent my puppy home, with that he got progressively worse, I had to bring him in a week later a 10pm due to collapsing 2 minutes after taking his medications and having no oxygen. The first thing mentioned was the $600 deposit, I explained that I will not pay one more dollar if I could not get an explanation to why my puppy got worse since I BROUGHT HIM TO FETCH, they couldn't comply and just said in the radio in front of me to cancel his stabilization. That is when I said Im going somewhere else. They rudely shoved my puppy in my arms without the blanket I gave him, shoved the blanket once he got it from the back and said good luck sarcastically. This was where I realized they truly don't care about anything but money, the workers there honestly shouldn't work or study a degree you don't have the passion for because then this happens. I said I will go to blue pearl, thank you. Once I took him to Bluepearl, they told me he's worsened. We now have the do another treatment costing the EXACT same as fetch but at least my puppy is around people who truly care, getting what he needs, and not just a money hungry company. wow scare tactics and what a rip off, my dog had explatory surgery at y vet she kept throwing up, my vet was not in how about $6000.00 later and them telling me she had low heart rate, to keep her there and make more money ....yes from meds they were giving her that is why her heart rate was low they should have said side effect to meds instead of making t like she was in heart problems. they also said she may have a tumor most likely cancer, no it is where they had just done the surgery, so after scaring us not of what was true, and telling me my 8 lb dog as aggresive hello I am sure she was scared, they sent so much meds home that she didn't need all to make the bill bigger, they gave no diagnosis and I had to say stop we are coming for her since all they did was say things to scare us, this is good if your dog breaks a leg ao=or god forbid a car accident, but they are a business not a correct health care. I was happy to get her back to our vet, a highly qualified surgeon. I panicked and took her there, and they see panicked parents and take advantage of the money; all I wanted was an ultrasound to make sure nothing was blocking her upper GI area, the nurses were nice, but the doctor is the one telling me all this so I'm unimpressed with them read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!! My dog was older but still getting along fairly well when they said she has lymphoma cancer and needs expensive treatments....She had one round of "treatment" and died just a few days later. This was after I had rushed her there shortly after twice for follow up up visits. The first time they did a bunch of diagnostics on her and sent me home with more pills saying that she just needs to adjust to the cancer treatment. She got even worse, not eating or drinking anything and having breathing difficulty. I rushed her back over again the same day and this time even though they said they were going to diagnose her as soon as they were done with a "puppy emergency" they never did anything other than give some pills to help calm her and sent us on our way. Less than 2 hours later while back home she passed away. With the initial consultation I was never told that there was any chance that she could die from this treatment. I'm out $2500 and have a grave loss. THEY KILLED MY DOG!! The place is nothing but a high priced operation that prays on a pet owners weakness. They take your dog to another room and then come to you with an estimate...A frigging estimate! Like you're getting your car serviced. See how much money they can get out of you. Do NOT GO HERE. Go to your local vet, go to Blue Pearl or another animal hospital. But under any circumstances, DO NOT GO HERE!! Update: Their report states that I declined diagnostics on my last visit before I took my dog home. This is a fabricated LIE to cover their butt's. I never would have declined any services that would have helped my dog to survive regardless of the cost. read more

I took my dog to Fetch late one evening, due to sudden paralysis in his back leg. Luckily, there was no one in the waiting room and my dog was immediately seen. I was very impressed with the staff. I had called prior to my visit, so they were aware of my situation, and was ready and eager to assist. After approximately 15 minutes, Dr Visarion Muresan, DVM and my pet came back into the examining room. I was really concerned with the paralysis and how quick it had progressed. Well, Dr Mureasan came in the room lauthing, telling me nothing was wrong with my dog, he was just too fat. I acknowledged that he was overweight, but that did not have anything to do with his problem with paralysis in his back leg. He continued showing no concern. He was fixated on my pets diet, and continued laughing. I showed him a possible bug bite, and he wouldn't even look at it, just saying, no, he is fat... No suggestions as to what it could be, he didn't ask any questions that could help make a diagnosis. We saw our regular Vet the next morning, where he received a complete medical assessment, and was immediately referred to neurologist. I had heard terrible things about Fetch, before we visited the emergency room, but I took a chance because, I was so concerned, Dr Muresan is by far the worst Vet I have ever met and should not be allowed to practice. His lack of medical knowledge, concern for animals, bedside manner, and overall professionalism, is the reason Fetch has such a bad reputation. I was so upset when I left Fetch, I was shacking. I am still in shock with the lack of professional and concern. I should have driven away with a feeling of satisfaction, not anger. Please, stay away. I had to bring my dog on Monday at 6:00 pm because he went from running to completely lethargic. We were so scared because he looked terrible! They took him right back and came and spoke with us right away. We were told our dog ingested THC. We were shocked because we don't partake in it! They gave him fluids and told us he would be ok. Called us the next day to check on him. I'm so glad to say he is finally back to his self today and we are so thankful for the kindness and immediate attention of our fur baby!! Our sweet 12 year old shih tzu has been having numerous health problems and was under veterinary care. On March 1st, he became paralyzed and was in pain. It was late at night so we went to Fetch which has 24 hour emergency care. The staff was so compassionate and helped us through a very difficult decision. .Dr. Muresan discussed what the options would be for Pepper but did not force us to make a decision to euthanize him. He explained that his quality of life would not be what we wanted for him. The vet tech explained the procedure and gave us ample time to be with Pepper.
