They swear the old place was haunted and I heard some of the recordings that were incredible creepy. I was told by Maria that someone would be able to do my twists on the date I gave which was in 3 weeks. She kept making excuses about finding a stylist available to do my particular type of twists & that she will call me back. So I receive 3 calls from her stating no one would be available at that time & that she have different stylists @ different shops. What type of business have their clients call for a appointment & they never book a stylist for that time & date. I could not believe what I was hearing because now I do not have anyone to do my hair for my wedding & need to find someone else last minute. After I voice my frustration & we kept going back & forth on the call she decides to hang up on me in the middle of our conversation . Even after I call upset no one answered or returned my call but argued with me over messenger that what I wanted requires years of schooling/experience and Special techniques that weren't included in my promotion. All I asked was that they don't start the layers on the top layer of hair but they could be started on the next layer (they could touch the root of the hair in every other layer, I just didn't want the strip look on the top of my head) so far everyone I spoke with was extremely difficult to deal with. This was over all a very frustrating situation! I wish I would have read the reviews before I scheduled this appointment because I would have never booked an appointment!
