All appointments need to be arranged online, which is actually more convenient than talking to someone on the phone. Although the place was closed, the owner called me right back and came in just to sell me the gift certificates even though she had canceled all appointments for the day because she injured her thumb. She was there in under 5 minutes, which is faster than I got my coffee served at Collectivo this morning. Many services here that I will probably never get myself, but if you want to give a thoughtful gift that's more useful, specific, and practical than the usual, I would put Rain Massage at the top of your list. I heard that Santa gets his massages here, but I'm Buddhist so what do I know. You can't see the place easily from the parking lot, Google Maps brings you near the hardware store or the dog grooming place.
