I ordered over yelp which I think connected through doordash. It was only 2 minutes drive away from where we were. It kept saying waiting for restaurant to confirm your order and it was like that for 30 minutes that the food said it would be already by then but still shows not accepted by restaurant so I decided to call instead to follow up and somehow they are running issues with third party orders so if you do place an order with them just give them a call instead. Food from Fevolas is always great! We ordered a cheesesteak and an Italian Sub instead of Pizza tonight , and it was well worth it! The subs were fresh, and so big I have lunch for tomorrow too now . To start , the sub roll was great, and you can tell everything was fresh. We have been ordering from Fevolas for a few years and they have always been great ! The owner always makes sure his food is quality and is one of the kindest people whenever I place an order , he checks in to make sure the order was great ! Still great pizza. Still good delivery. However last two times I ordered the garlic crust I haven't gotten it. Considering they upcharge for it, and it's kinda 80% of the reason we order from here specifically, that's been very disappointing. Let me say that this review is based upon two (2) phone ordered / discussions with the owner of Frevola's Pizza in Forked River, NJ.: My wife first called to ask if she could order 4 pizza doughs for p/u tomorrow so we could have a pizza making party wit hour grand children. The owner apparently doesn't like selling dough because he thinks it means a lost pizza sale. My wife wanted to order today so he would have enough doughs avail for his pizza and not get caught short, and still be able to sell us a couple. The first phone call ended with the owner brow beating my wife (it was on speaker) about how he's not in the business of selling doughs but it will $8.00 each - I guess at that price he ok with it? Every Pizza place sells their dough for around $3.00 +/- and no problems what so ever, but this pompous jerk would rather berate a customer that just sell a couple doughs and make them happy. By the way - we were going to add so apps (Bruchetta & Chicken fingers) to the order so he could make some money. Second call - I called because I didn't like the way he treated my wife on the phone, I asked for the Owner, he acknowledged and and I asked him if he had a minute - at this point he gets all bulligerant about how busy he is and doesn't have time to talk to customers (mind you - I'm now on my phone and he doesn't know what this is about yet). This guy is a total Jerk - His Customer Skills are horrible and we tried his pizza 2-3 times and it was not good BUT the crust is and that is why we wanted some doughs. Ordered from Fevolas for the first time last night and was SO impressed at how good everything was. Honey BBQ chicken Sicilian pie cooked to perfection. Cheese steak was amazing, soft perfect bread. Boneless wings with the garlic zing and spicy bbq were amazing. I was blown away by how good everything was. Will definitely be back. 10/10 read more

I just started working next door to fev's and the owner let me try his new pepperoni, jalapeño, honey pizza and all I have to say is WOW! It was sweet, spicy, savory and sweet all at once! Fevolas is always a Friday night take out ever since it opened. This place has been the only decent pizza place in the area. The pizza is very good and I'm in love with their cheesy bread. The staff is friendly and the menu is huge. They have some good specials but are on the expensive side. read more

Best Wings in the Area! My family and I recently moved down to south jersey after living in north/central jersey for years and we are Wing Junkies! The pizza is average but the wings are phenomenal, we recommend the breaded boned wings. They are crispy, crunchy, juicy, and big! They also don't skimp out on the sauce which we love! Customer service was terrible got charged twice by the cashier and was assured it would be taken off. The next day it was still showing on my account and when I confronted them about it the owner gave me an attitude saying it wasn't his fault. Not very professional at all. Awesome pizza place with great customer service. I called them on New Year's Eve to say that we were driving down from north jersey and to ask what time they were open til, and they asked me what time we would be there. They waiting an extra 15 minutes past closing for us, and it was much appreciated. Comparable to a Dominos or Pizza Hut, if you are thinking that you'd want pizza more traditionally found at a mom and pop shop this isn't it. Get the cheesesteak pizza. read more

Not bad...pretty much on level with dominoes and Papa johns. Prices is excellent but quality is average. Nothing bad about the experience. They have a few seats but looks like a mostly takeout/delivery situation. I would definitely get it again because I know it will satisfy and I won't be let down in a pinch. read more

Fevola's has a large sign in their window stating: Monday & Tuesday - Large Pizza - $5 - 14" Original or 14" Pan However, when I attempted to purchase this special on Tuesday, January 19, 2010, Fevola's refused to sell me one large pizza for this price. The Fevola's employee I spoke with told me that I needed to purchase two pies in order to receive this deal. However, I pointed out that nowhere on this sign did it state that two pizzas needed to be purchased. I informed this employee that refusing to sell the item advertised on their sign for the stated price is false and deceptive advertising. This employee's response was that I was "aggravating." Other pizzerias in the area advertise specials where you have to purchase two pies in order to receive the special deal. However, their signs clearly state that you have to purchase two pies. I will not be back at Fevola's anytime soon. Too bad. The pizza was actually very good. read more

Ok let me just say.. This place is top notch customer service. The owner truly cares about his patrons. As far as the pizza the flavor is A+. We ordered an extra large which is 16" . The taste was great however PAPER THIN. My husband never complains about pizza ., at least rarely . So for him to say it was thin it was really thin. Well, we decided to give it another try a couple months later . I mentioned the thinness . The owner had said he had a few mention that . I had told him I ordered the extra large . He said " oh ok yes that is a thin pizza, as we use the same amount of dough we use for the large which is 14". Therefore he suggested I order the large . So basically you are not getting anymore pizza as one would assume " logically" with an " extra large". You are technically paying more $ for a " stretched" out large pizza . Makes absolutely no sense and basically in a nut shell ..very dishonest with your customers. They are paying more because they are believing they are getting more and They are not. You are paying for an extra large pizza it should not be a stretched out large pizza ., I mean really. read more

This is not the place for you if you love pizza. Quality of food is average. A 16" pizza is typically a large, but they call it extra large. Go figure. Charging more for the same amount of dough. I agree with another posting. The owner is one of the rudest persons. Not a people's person. Staff is friendly. Feel sorry for people who work there. If I could give 0 stars I would. First food is WAY over price. They used to charge for stuff like lettuce and mayo. BUT the biggest problem is my experience this week. NEVER EVER ORDER FROM FEVOLAS IN LANOKA HARBOR. THE OWNER IS A COMPLETE JERK.
