Lucas has made updates to our system over the years, including adding two zones, replacing sprinkler heads to accommodate landscape changes, and when Newton launched "irrigation only" meters, Lucas coordinated the entire plumbing effort. Today, Lucas tunes our system 2x during the watering season to ensure our lawn always looks great. We get advance notifications of their visits, and post-visit emails w/ either recommended changes or confirmation of changes made to improve system coverage. All-in-all, we have been very pleased with Lucas and can recommend them without reservation.
