I, personally, do a combination of reflective meditations, Pandora Star meditation, as well as light and aroma therapy. The environment is geared to maximize your experience, and every practitioner I've worked with has made me feel like I am part of the "SoulBeing Wellness Family". I'm now SO glad I did. Camellia was incredible. Her warmth is radiant and she is extremely skilled. I came in with a lot of discomfort and tightness and I left the session feeling totally renewed and limber like a ballerina. It was so much better than any other massage I've had because she easily found and worked through the points of tension. In the past with massages, I'm just waiting for them to be over because I get so antsy and impatient. But with this one I enjoyed every minute! Went to this Hewlett location to personally finally try a full body Cryotherapy experience. What is Cryotherapy you might ask?? It's a process of cooling your skin to about 32 degrees Fahrenheit for a short period of time. The body temporarily goes into a "survival mode" sending blood to your body's core. This triggers adrenaline, endorphins and all sorts of hormones throughout your body in the hopes of natural healing. It was a super fast 3 minute experience to endure a very manageable dry cold sensation to reset, restore for a rejuvenating feeling. The quad tightness I went in with from multiple Pilates and Yoga sessions this past week, and didn't fully restretch out :/ definitely seemed not as noticeable later that day, and non existent next morning. So did it achieve something already...seems so! :) Glad I opted to buy [via Groupon] a multi session 3x pkg, so that I can truly see if Cryotherapy is something to add self care regime. I explained I was a client at Bellmore and about 2-1/2 years ago I received a certificate that I couldn't use because that location closed shortly after I received the certificate. I asked her if she would honor it. I was told no because they have a different computer system and it's the same owner but different computers. And this and that and the suns in my eyes. So basically this business stole $500 and will NOT honor any part of my certificate. That's bad business especially knowing you're going out of business and still issuing gift certificates.

I've worked with their trainer, Matt, on lifting technique, used acupuncture and massage services as well. The entire process is seamless. The team is super accommodating. Appointments aren't rushed. You feel like you're being focused on. Yet, somehow, they are almost always on time and highly respectful of your time. I would recommend highly and have sent many of my team here.

It was very professional and I was never rushed. I certainly felt better not only after the session but the next day as well. I did my usual morning yoga and I could definitely feel an improvement in my poses; I bend further and reached higher. I think this is better than a chiropractor. I leave this review after receiving five months of physical therapy for shoulder issues. When I first started they came up with the sound set of exercises that I could do and I had a routine for every session but I had. Leah is the head of the physical therapy team. She always asks about your pain level and assesses you each day. However there is a little amount of supervision at this establishment. They seem to be understaffed and have to many patients. I actually just switch physical therapists and I'm getting physical therapy at a nearby location, which does a much more thorough job. The fact is that although they are very nice at downtown spine the quality of treatment is sub par. The availability of appointments is pretty good. They usually have many spots open. However they are not open very early in the morning. And if you are getting treatment towards the end of the day, things can seem rushed. Another thing that really bothered me about downtown spine was that you always had different physical therapists working on you. One or two of them are very good at what they do. The rest are average and often don't know exactly what you need as far as your treatment program. Some of them don't even seem to know how to stretch you the correct way. Hope this helps!

As far as facials go, Genesis is a QUEEN. She goes above and beyond to customize your facials and make you feel comfortable. She doesn't try to sell you on anything you do not need but does provide recommendations for additional areas to improve. I have also been trying facial skin tightening with Genesis and at this point, I see her more often than my friends lol. Lastly I have tried under eye filler with Dr. Gladstein. The virtual consultation was amazing, you really felt like she actually cared and was not just trying to check a box before the procedure. The procedure itself was quick, painless (although may make you a little queasy) and I left without a single bruise or mark on my face.
