Project Glammers has been my go to for Botox for years and more recently for facials. They do not disappoint in terms of quality and service. And the staff is pretty accommodating in terms of making appointments and rescheduling when needed. For Botox, I have never had any issues and always see results in about 3-5 days. I am sure anyone doing your Botox is great but Amanda is fantastic and I have seen her for years. Project Glammers also offers complimentary Botox touch-ups which is much appreciated. As far as facials go, Genesis is a QUEEN. She goes above and beyond to customize your facials and make you feel comfortable. She doesn't try to sell you on anything you do not need but does provide recommendations for additional areas to improve. I have also been trying facial skin tightening with Genesis and at this point, I see her more often than my friends lol. Lastly I have tried under eye filler with Dr. Gladstein. The virtual consultation was amazing, you really felt like she actually cared and was not just trying to check a box before the procedure. The procedure itself was quick, painless (although may make you a little queasy) and I left without a single bruise or mark on my face. By far the worst Groupon experience. I booked an appointment over three weeks ago and when I arrived they just moved it to a different day. They didn't take the burden Wednesday and Thursday are pronounced very differently and even 17 and 30 are completely different. So I certainly didnt misunderstand. (No one would unless you're not an English speaker). In addition they moved the appointment to a day which clearly I would never agreed on from the start. I decided to come to Enhance Aesthethic Arts for juvederm lip fillers. I'm from Jersey and I have gone to a place in Jersey before, but they weren't as detailed with contouring and building a nice shape. After coming across Enhance Aesthetic Arts' instagram page, I saw how detailed their work is and had to make the trip out. I don't regret it one bit! I had mine done with Amanda, and I couldn't be happier with my results. From the second I walked in, the girls at the front desk were very sweet. The location itself is really cute. There was barely a wait time which was great. The treatment coordinator brought me into the room and went over everything with me, and I was able to ask all the questions/concerns I had. I got my lips done back in July and I had written this review out, but never posted. I was just looking in the mirror realizing how lumpy and small my lips look so I've decided to post it. This was the review I wrote 1 week after getting my lips done and I still stand by it. Now that 1 week has passed and my lips are no longer swollen I've decided to write my review. I made my appointment as soon as I could for my lips, I've gone here twice before each time getting a full syringe in my lips via the "microdroplet" technique aka the way you see everyone getting their lips done. The first 2 times they pushed the cannula on you, but you ultimately had the decision. This time they refused to do my lips with the normal technique and said they ONLY do the cannula now. I was not informed of this when I made my appointment or else I would've gone elsewhere. I already drive an hour and 15 minutes to this location bc I like how Amanda does them, but there are plenty of places just as good closer to home. I decide to go for the cannula since I've already waited a month for my appointment and drove all the way there. It was definitely more painful and uncomfortable to the point where I got light headed and almost passed out. Be aware if you make an appointment to get your lips done you will ONLY be able to get the cannula and again they do NOT tell you this when you make an appointment. At the end of the day I would've overlooked all of that, but my lips literally look exactly the same, there is absolutely no way they put a full syringe of juvederm in my lips AND they charge more for the cannula. So overall it's a worse procedure and they charge you more for less product. Honestly a total waste bc my lips look no different. They told me lip contouring is equivalent to a full syringe (what I choose and was charged $729 for) and a petite lip contouring was equivalent to a half a syringe and more for upkeep. read more

I have had one Lip Enhancement prior to my appointment at Enhance Aesthetic Arts, but after coming here I will not be going anywhere else. First of all, the office is located in a great location. It is incredibly discrete and beautifully decorated. All of the women who work in the office were extremely nice and pleasant to interact with. My appointment for Lip Enhancement was with Sari Katz and I cannot say enough great things about her. We talked in detail about what look I was going for and she gave her input into what she thought would suit my lips. She made me feel very comfortable even though I was nervous. and talked me through what to expect from the whole procedure and where she planned on injecting. Sari is an absolute expert. Receptionist girls were not nice nor comforting, even when I told them I was nervous and it was my first time ( you know those first time jitters) They were cold and distant. She came into the office instructing me " you are getting the juvederm Ultra today." Um excuse me? That is NOT how you start a consultation with a first time patient. Then when I was numbed up they left me in a cold room for an HOUR. No one came to check on me, or update me until I wandered into another office questioning what was taking so long. If I could give zero stars I would. After being a patient for many years, I was turned down from having a procedure done because the front desk messed up my appointment slot. Not only did they turn me away, after knowing I traveled very far from NJ and getting a sitter for my newborn, they had advised for me to try and rebook my appointment for another date and time? I have never been treated this way, and I advise for patients to ensure when they call not to deal with the guy who answers the phone. He messed up the past two appointments I've made at this establishment, and all the staff could say was rebook for another date. I can't believe I was treated this poorly today. Some of the staff are in desperate need of customer service training. Today my injector was running late. Fair enough - it happens. However I was put in a small hot room with no windows for one hour and wasn't even offered a glass of water, no one came to check on me throughout the time I was sitting in there by myself. How can you treat paying customers like this? I spend hundreds of dollars each appointment. In addition, more than one of the receptionists I've encountered have been extremely rude. There are honest Yelp reviews below supporting my experience with receptionists. I've lived in the area for 6 years. I really wanted to find a local place that I could rely on for fillers. Loved my experience here!!!! I was doing my research and came across this place on Instagram. I did some digging and saw great reviews on Yelp and Groupon as well. I was reading how they gave a discount to first time clients which really caught my attention. Originally, I had an appt with Dr Gertsman in NYC for lip fillers. Her price was $850. I was willing the pay the price however when i came across Enhance Asthetics and saw their pictures i immediately cancelled my original appt and scheduled with them. I called their Manhattan location and i instantly booked an appointment and said their price was $399. At first I was skeptical but i am so happy I chose to come here. The facility is beautiful and staff was very friendly! I filled out paperwork then I got called in and was greeted by one of their consultants. She was very pleasant and very informative. She took her time to explain the procedure (it was my first time getting fillers so I was very nervous) but she kept me at ease and made sure she answered all my annoying questions lol. She also gave me directions on after care which was very helpful. She then put numbing cream on for 20 min then my injector Angela came in. I showed her a pic of what type of look i was going for. And she proceeded with the injections - as she was injecting she also had an assistant icing my lips between the injections which was very soothing. I received the Groupon deal for juvederm as a birthday gift since I've recently began thinking about lip fillers. I didn't know where to go. NYC is FULL of places to go for things like that. I felt overwhelmed in my research and stumbled upon Enhance Aesthetic Arts on Yelp, then Groupon. I'm all about a deal/discount. Little did I know, a good friend of mine is actually a returning "customer," (patient/client???) of this place! And her lips look AMAZING. So, I knew what to ask for for my birthday when the question starting rolling in. First of all, the office is lovely. The decor, the cleanliness, and lighting made me feel much more comfortable -- felt like I was visiting a trendy friend (well, a trendy friend who really, REALLY liked ads for Botox all over the walls and hand sanitizers.) And the employees were just as kind as a friend could be! I was briefed on the procedure, after care, and the do's and don'ts by the lovely Angela, (I think that was her name -- so sorry if I got that wrong,) before the amazing Amanda came to plump my pout. I really appreciate the time she took to cover every detail I would need to know. I even got a treatment recommendation to go home with so I know what to plan for when I come back for touch ups! I love that I went in knowing what's going on and left knowing a general idea of a plan to achieve my beauty goals. Now, the actual injection process -- once my mouth was layered in numbing cream for 15 min, and after I accidentally drooled ALL over myself, (oops,) Amanda came in to discuss the current look of my lips. We talked about what I wanted, while providing her own opinions. For my first time, we wanted to focus on making everything a bit fuller and even, then work our way to augmenting the shape to my desired look the next time around. Amanda had superb bedside manner and really made sure I was comfortable during the entire process. She was gentle and made sure to take mini breaks to ice my lips after every few pricks. This is for their Manhattan location and my personal experience with injector Amanda for lip fillers. The office was clean and on arrival, the receptionist was busy talking to someone else but she quickly and kindly helped me get set up for my appointment for lip fillers. The ladies at Enhance were supportive and answered every question I had. After my numbing cream, Amanda went over what I wanted and used the cannula. Then she used only the needle 2-3 times which made the process so pain-free. I got this done about 2 weeks ago, and waited until all the bruising went away and I'm absolutely in love with the results. I had no swelling and no bumps or lumps. Disgusting people. When I came in for the first time (lip contour) I was told that they save the syringe if you decide to do half now and half later (multiple times I was told this)! This was my first time doing lip filler so I did not know that was a thing but since I was told this I decided to only do half. Mind you I did not see any results but I don't blame the doctor for that. When I called back to make another appt for the other half they gaslit me so hard and told me that is not something they offer and that they don't save syringes. I did not come up with them saving syringes, I was only under the impression because I was told that they do multiple times. After going around in circles on the phone with their manager they did not offer any kind of compensation or anything at all! They said if I had paid full price and not a first timers price then they would be able to do another half for free, but what's the difference? I paid what i was told to pay I didn't even know there was a discount for first time. This was my second time, so I knew what the pain level would be, and Amanda / Meagan was comforting and great the whole time! I am deducting a star because I waited for 45 mins. She's very nice and asked me what I wanted, She took a really long time to do my lips. She kept poking holes literally on every little spot. It was uncomfortable but bearable. She filled my bottom lips more than my top and my lip is slightly uneven now. They told me that it should even out eventually and not to worry but it never evened out. My lips were swollen for a few days after and had bruises all over not to mention they were sore and I couldn't even drink out of a straw or water bottle for a week. I got my lips infected again but at another place by Dr Neal Vallins and he did it so fast and it was painless. I didn't have pain like I did after visiting enhance. I waited for three months to write this review. Even with my deal that I bought, my experience was excellent. Not only my great Botox result and the entrance to the reception and the treatment room that were amazing, the staffs were knowledgeable and politely professional. My nurse educated me when I asked about her experience with Botox getting here when I was taken into the treatment room, although I doubted a young person as she is would have any experience yet. She said, it's an essential maintenance before she start to have wrinkles. To a complete novice, as I am, it was an eye opening message. Then, the technician PA walked in. I'm easy to bruise so I had already prepped myself with Arnica pellets from few days ago and I have Arnica Gel at home. Let me tell you I was not disappointed at all! the Office is in a beautiful location (Gramercy Park) its clean and they play great music. The service was amazing! After hearing so much about hydra facials from friends I finally decided to give this a shot! It was my first facial ever, in generals a Ive always been a pretty low maintenance sort of girl.
