My experience confirms that. I rented a lift for the weekend. When I went to use it, it would not charge, so I drove 45 minutes back with it the next morning. It charged at their site, but when I got home, it would not charge again. I drove back the next morning and the same thing happened. When I returned it on Monday, they discovered that there was a loose wire causing the problem. I was unable to use the lift all weekend and made two hour and a half round trips and all they would compensate me for was a hundred dollars off another half-day rental. I know a number of people with similar experiences. Make sure that you read all of the 1-star reviews.

The Inn itself is quaint and historic and the perfect location for an event or a group getaway. It is right next to the water and just beautiful. There are canoes to use as well as games and books inside. They are also just great restaurant and bar as well, with amazing specialty drinks and an eclectic collection of local beer and IPAs on tap.
