We all know it's out sometimes and it's normal but I was visibly swollen ! I waited about an hour and still the same ! I messaged them and apparently he has been like that for two hrs!! And no one thought to mention it to me. I tell her the vet said he more that likely mated w a female dog or he was forcefully separated from a female causing it to swell and no able to go back in! I messaged her and she said it's not a medical emergency! Like what! You're not a vet to be saying that!! And she acted all defensive . Like no customer service or empathy at all. I was just telling her feedback bc us owners need to know any changes in our babies! Like do you even care! I feel like they don't really watch the dogs.

They charged me an "early check in fee" for dropping my dog off at noon, and a "late check out fee" for picking him up at 5pm! Then, because I didn't buy a bath (I had literally bathed him right before dropping him off), they charged me another full night. The front desk woman actually said "if you don't purchase a bath, we charge another nights fee" How is that anything but predatory business practices!? But the part that made me completely lose the trust I had, was that they forgot to feed my dog for an entire day! They tried to claim he was "picking at his food," but the moment he got home, within a few minutes he ate his entire meal with zero hesitation. This place went from reliable to downright unacceptable. I refuse to support a business that nickel and dimes customers while neglecting the basic care of the pets they're paid to look after!

Animals Etc Pet Motel has been one the most affordable and most caring doggy hotels we have experienced for my dog. Their facility is a little old but they are experienced and have been in business for a long time. They worked with me at late hours and last minute! Toby seems to love it there and we are so grateful that they can work with my work schedule. Recently, my car broke down 5 minutes from their business and the owners picked Toby and I up in the middle of the road and gave us a ride. They checked up on us and offered to help with my truck.
