They charged me an "early check in fee" for dropping my dog off at noon, and a "late check out fee" for picking him up at 5pm! Then, because I didn't buy a bath (I had literally bathed him right before dropping him off), they charged me another full night. The front desk woman actually said "if you don't purchase a bath, we charge another nights fee" How is that anything but predatory business practices!? But the part that made me completely lose the trust I had, was that they forgot to feed my dog for an entire day! They tried to claim he was "picking at his food," but the moment he got home, within a few minutes he ate his entire meal with zero hesitation. This place went from reliable to downright unacceptable. I refuse to support a business that nickel and dimes customers while neglecting the basic care of the pets they're paid to look after!

I just prefer not to have to smooth things over upon each visit, but given the drive of each individual, some more ambitious to charge extra than others, I think if they come together and form stronger leadership they will flourish as a business. Again, polite, kind, and caring. If you add consistency to this dynamic, you'll have a perfect place where you can feel 100 percent happy to leave your family (fur-baby) under their care. I'd give them a 5 if communication was clear, but it was almost going to leave a score of 3, if the young lady wasn't always there to keep my billing consistent and fix the miscommunications.
