Our daughter has been attending this daycare since she was 6 1/2 months old. As a first time mom, I was a very nervous about sending my child to daycare and there were many tears shed on the first day after we dropped her off. However, those worries were very short-lived because it was very clear that the staff and teachers at this daycare facility care deeply about each child who attends. There was of course a growing phase when she first started, but it only took a few days for our daughter to become comfortable with each of the teachers working in the infant classroom. Miss Roberta, Miss Ariel, and Miss Bella go above and beyond to make sure that each of our daughters' needs are met. Since the day we dropped her off, I have never again felt concerned or worried about whether our daughter is being taken care of while she is at daycare. I know that she is in excellent hands, and that the people who work there truly care about her. I also have to say that our daughter has started to hit some milestones on the earlier side and I honestly believe that one of the reasons for this is the diligence and dedication that these teachers have when it comes to working with each child to help them reach each age appropriate milestone. This School is horrible it should be reported for child neglected. My son attended this school for 2 weeks . I had enough tot was a different teacher every morning & evening when I was picking up my kid . He is not fully potty trained & the director & school knew this . He was sent him in undercover with no pull-up on or diaper . He dookie in his drawers. He also came him with a rash or Welp in between his legs. The school wasn't clean enough for me. The structure wasn't organized When i signed a contract, it states that every day you will receive a picture of your child in activities with the classroom or teacher & scholars, but I only received one which was only the first day he started the school after that, I never received any videos pictures of any kind with my child in it. read more

We have had the BEST experience with this Kindercare. Our baby started at 3 months old and is now 15 months, still thriving. Ms. Roberta and Ms. Ariel, of the infant room, are absolutely OUTSTANDING. Not only we they caring, nurturing and empathetic to our babe, they have taught her so much. I cannot say enough good things about them. We are so so so grateful for all they have done and continue to do for our little girl. There is not enough money in the world to pay them for all they do for the babies there. I can honestly say it's more comforting to have my daughter at this daycare than it has been at the other daycare she was at. The director and assistant director are simply amazing very pleasant to work with when it comes to my child. Very understanding. My daughter at the rise at this daycare because they're always learning new ways and trying to figure out what they can do to stimulate the children's mind more and more. The director a lot has changed since she has been there and that woman I can honestly say she is a godsend. She's very comforting understanding and caring person when it comes to any concerns or suggestions she's an open book. I love this daycare because even the teachers have great communication and if you're working on a certain aspect with your child and you let them know they will work with you for instance, zipping up coats learning how to put on socks and shoes stuff like that they have helped on their back end also. We had a horrible experience with this daycare. This is day 2. Our 1 year old was left crawling outside in the play yard concrete crying with boogers going down her face, her face and clothes were dirty. The person that was "watching" the children had her back to the play yard and was busy on her clipboard. As soon as the baby saw me she cried a bit more then I noticed something black in her mouth. It was a wood chip that is in the infant/toddler play yard! Why do they have wood chips in the play yard if the children are crawling and constantly putting stuff in their mouths??? All the teacher helper said was "She cries all day and wants to be held" What??? Are you kidding me? This is a new environment for our child. Why wasn't she comforted and cared for? Then I proceeded to take the baby inside to wash her up and low n behold another wood chip was in her mouth. I was so LIVID but I kept my composure, got her belongings then proceeded to speak to whoever was in charge at the moment and it turned out to be the assistant director and she said she was going to take care of the situation. As that conversation was happening I pulled out a third wood chip! " Choking hazard!!!" The assistant director and the receptionist witnessed this whole scene. We came back because obviously we wanted to cancel our contract. We returned after a few days and sat with the Director Diamond and said we'd be charge for only one day. She was unconcerned and never once asked how the child was doing. As a matter of fact she was very ill and finally just now getting better after over 2 weeks. We called and waited for the refund that should have been around $600, after two weeks we were refunded $140. We are so dissatisfied with everything they stand for. This place is dirty, smells and the employees look so unhappy. We should have used our intuition as soon as we step on the property. I never give negative reviews but this business needs to be inspected by the state or Child Protective Services undercover ASAP. So dissatisfied. My daughter started attending this location right after she turned 3. She was there when the director was Tiffany. Since she started there has been 3 different directors. Tiffany was the best that I experienced. The next director, Felicia, suddenly quit. No explanation more than she was pursuing new adventures. The next and current director is Diamond. When she started as director I was hopeful. As time went on the staff seemed to get more unprofessional and little transparency was available to parents. My child was bullied by two different children who were both a staff's child (they were sibilings). This staff member was also the director's family member so as you can imagine very little or nothing was done. There was another time when the center allowed about half their staff (including the director) to be off at the same time. It was brought to my attention they all had a trip planned together. As a parent that made me very uncomfortable as that meant 1) most of the staff their were floaters and the kids weren't very familiar with them. Case and point: one of the floater who was there 3 days still asked who my child was and how old she was even though she would see her every day. This was after 2.5 years of my child attending this school. 2) if more staff were to call out then how are ratios being met if the floaters are already working? I had brought up my concerns to Diamond who just looked at me in annoyance and essentially said that they did nothing wrong. This was a few weeks before the pre-k graduation. So for the next two or three weeks Diamond would not look at me and would try to avoid me when possible. She would say hi if she had to but you could tell it was forced. There was several times when the classrooms seemed to have too many children to the amount of students. When I brought this up I was told they are always within ratio...... somehow that is hard to believe. Either the reports they write are forged or they magically have more staff appear throughout the day. When my child first started we were allowed to bring water bottles that would get refilled as needed. This was taken away due to "health reasons" and substituted with water cups that teachers would refill as kids asked. Except when do kids ask? My daughter would come home so thirsty. There was supposed to be no outside food.....except if you're a staff member with a child there. I have friends who have had worse experiences in this center but I can only speak to mine. I also spoke with Katie Meeker (the district director) about my concerns toward the end of our time here. She just seemed to give me answers I'd want to hear so that the problem would go away. Like when I told her that one of her staff members would have her boyfriend with her in her classroom throughout the day. She said that staff member had been let go..... later I found out the staff member was let go because she came into work under the influence. She said there were 2 new staff members starting but didn't mention they were taking over spots that were terminated. So I didn't help the ratio, it kept it the same. Katie was not a pleasure to speak with and I do not trust her. Whenever I've seen her in the center she has never smiled or welcomed me. Both diamond and Katie seem to want to hide things under the rug just to keep their job. They do not seem to truly care about the children or the center. I hope this center gets better for the sake of the children. KinderCare, no, I do not want to be contacted to discuss further. I've already tried that avenue with little change. If you want to see change get better leaders for our community. read more

My son attended Kindercare from 7 months until he was 2 and a half. My son was having behavior issues. The program director Tiffany sat down with myself and my husband one time to say *indirectly* that we need to start finding him a new daycare. Tiffany stated "we like him but......". Two days later (Friday) we received a call telling us that he needs to be picked up ASAP and Friday would be his last day. No one sat us down to make an action plan or to work on behaviors. They just kick my son out. When I pick my son up Tiffany shoved his belongings into my hands and doesn't even say bye. We didn't even receive any of his art work she was beyond ready to kick my son out. Kindercare: Is this the way you treat all your parents and children? Or is it just the Black ones you choose to not speak with or given action plans on how to make things better? Leadership was much better under Nicole. The center went downhills due to insufficient staffing . Very high turnover rate but not enough replacements. We liked the teachers in the infant class . Once switching to the toddler class , we do not get much updates on our child's daily report /pictures . Some days we don't even have a report. The whole center closes often in the sequence of 1 week , then 2 weeks due to Covid and insufficient staffing .Parents only get a fraction of tuition refund (~25% based on my calculation estimate since they didn't have the policy in place at this moment and no percentage of what we should receive) but heard that teachers didn't get paid during those closing time though. May be that is one of the reasons that many teachers resigned . There were a new policy come out for tuition refund, but at this time we decided to switch to a new daycare . read more

My son was born shortly before the pandemic started, so once he turned 1, I realized he had never seen another child or interacted with adults other than my husband or me. At that point, I knew I needed to socialize him, so my search for a day care started. I toured several other centers in the same general area. You know the old saying, "You know when you know"? Well, as soon as I met Ms. Tiffany, the center director, and the wonderful staff at Fielday School KinderCare, I knew this was the place for my son and me. I felt the other centers were more child care/day care; whereas, Fielday is a learning center with a structured curriculum. A structured curriculum for a 14 month old? Yes - and his development has accelerated so quickly that I'm sorry I didn't start him sooner! The other centers may be slightly less expensive, but you get what you pay for and there is no price for my son's development and happiness. I actually look forward to seeing the teachers and staff everyday at drop-off, but more importantly, my son looks forward to seeing them. His face lights up when the other Ms. Tiffany sweeps him up, gives him a big hug, and makes him feel like the center of her world. The staff is amazing and I feel so fortunate to have such kind, caring, and wonderful people spending the day teaching my son. On top of that, I look forward to getting videos and pictures of my son throughout the day via the app. They really are the highlight of my day! I have had both my daughters enrolled at KinderCare, Fielday School since both of them were infants. They are now 3 years old and 1 year old. Both of them are considered special needs but with the love and support of their teachers, administration, and assistants, I am glad to say they are both thriving. The staff genuinely cares about the children they supervise. They take a special interest with their families as well. I truly feel like I am home and part of a loving family. I do not worry about the safety or how they are treated because I am confident my girls are in good hands. I feel safe, which allows me to focus on work. We had an emergent need to find care for our 6th month old grandbaby within a day. The staff was amazing, in helping to navigate and get used to transitioning our day to day, with suggestions for at home as well. My Daughter has been attending kindercare for the past two years. When she moved into the. Pre kindergarten class room I was a bit disappointed with the inconsistency of teachers and lack of learning taking place. I lost count how many teachers she had in a four month span. That all turned around when Ms. Angy came back to the school. Immediately I could see the drastic progress my daughter was making not only developmentally but, emotionally as well her behavior improved and before I knew it she was beginning to sound out words !! I was very annoyed by the attitude of the teachers and the staff. They are rude. The pictures on this profile is a complete misrepresentation of their school. During the school tour, I was informed that the school teaches phonics, arithmetic, taekwando...but they don't teach that. And they did not inform the parents. My son finished Kindergarten at Kindercare but I was stressed out the whole time. My son told me that he was bullied by other students at the school. And one of those bullies was a teachers child. The school never reported the incidents and they don't have a procedure for bullying. After I brought the incident to the teachers attention, she started writing incident reports. When my son returned from school I noticed that his penis was a strawberry color, it was red! He also had a sore throat and the doctors did not know what is was and it was not stept throat but they prescribed antibiotics. The school does not keep records of visitors and people who come by the school. The school stopped allowing backpacks and outside food and water. My son and the other children are at the school till evening and the last snack or meal that they get is in the afternoon. I do not trust this place. read more

We have had our 3 year old in Kindercare for a year now and we love it. We came from a different facility that he was constantly getting sick from and not developing like he has here. The staff are wonderful and we receive constant updates and pictures of our son daily. And we have gone a full year with no sicknesses, even during this pandemic. My son started in August of last year. He throughly enjoyed discovery preschool with Miss Angy! She had him potty trained within a week. Every time I did a random check, he was completely engaged in their outstanding lessons. He loves all the stations in the room & the music classes are awesome. Every minute he was learning and didn't know it:) The staff is always professional & very flexible. They are available anytime I have had a question & work hard to create a positive atmosphere. They are responsible about making sure I know when a problem occurred & what action was taken. They never break confidentiality when discussing children. For cleanliness I give a 4 out of 5, better than my home but room for improvement. In January my son graduated to regular preschool. He continues to learn every day & I am amazed at the thoughtful complete lessons Miss Tracey & Miss Erica provide. He still doesn't want to leave when I pick him up- and that's the best part for me:) read more

I like to give credit when credit is due. two of my children had the opportunity to have Ms. Angy as their Pre-k teacher Hands Down she is the best. Every morning she would run up and give my son a Huge hug to start his day and would always ask how her past student was doing . The children would always be busy painting and making some sort of slime my son always come home telling us about his day . The down side to this school is the HIGH staff turn over and management change. Three directors in year span no communication . My son went here for almost 3 years. Never had a problem until he was transitioned to the school age side. My son has special needs I was told they could accommodate him. One teacher wanted to administer a test ( needed because corporate was coming, this is what I was told) I tried to ask her the name of the test. She could not give it to me. I told her my sons IEP was at the front desk and I could bring her the testing from his neurophysiologist but I didn't think she should be giving him any test. Well she handed my son a crayon and a paper and told him to write his name. My son has global developmental delays, he doesn't follow most commands and definitely could not write his name which she knew. Another day she asked me if I could put my son in his wheel chair, which of course yes. She actually asked me to do this often. The last week we were there she had asked me and said that she was not supposed to be lifting because of her back issue( another time it was her shoulder). This upset me because 1) how is she lifting him when I'm not there if she can't lift 2) why was this teacher who is Injured, per her, and can't lift in a room filled with 4 and 5 year olds that she may need to lift at some point 3) this is the funny part a couple days earlier she had asked me to push my son ( in his wheelchair) outside because she was carrying another kid outside that was having a tantrum. I felt like how can I leave my son here with someone who is telling me basically that they cannot care for him. If I was not there who was going to lift him if needed? He shouldn't be in his chair the whole time which was relayed to her.... This was her usual thing even though I already stayed for at least 30 min to one hour every time I dropped him off ( to be clear I wanted to make sure his diaper was changed, if it was meal time I would feed him just get him settled because that is what I always do and wanted to make sure he is settled before I left ) to get me to do as much as possible while I was there so that she did not have too...... Another day he was in a different classroom with a teacher I had not met yet. I fed my son his breakfast made sure he was changed ( which was what I always did) I then asked this teacher if I could tell her about my son ( who is in a wheelchair and can't communicate). The regular teacher was not in yet. The girl looked at me as if she did not understand me and said she didn't know and she had just been sent in there. This was the only adult in the classroom. She visually took role of the kids, I heard her say my sons name so I knew she knew he was supposed to be in there. I tried again to tell her about my son. She again said the same thing. Luckily someone stuck there head in and got the admin who told this girl this is so and so mom any info she can give you would help. The girl said okay! I left that day, missed work I just did not feel comfortable leaving him there with this teacher. I will just clarify it was not a language barrier. She was American, spoke English, blonde hair blue eyes etc. Just wanted to make that clear she just didn't want to understand me I guess. I was told be the admin that she was a good teacher and has been with KinderCare for a long time. Basically not addressing the issue just telling me she's good despite my experience with her. The other teacher also made a comment which I was not present for. It bothered my sons therapist, who where there working with him , that she went to the admin. This was also never completely addressed. It was more turned around on us just not wanting him in that room or us (the therapists and I) not thinking my son was a good fit in that room. The reason we felt he should move was the comment the teacher made. I did think maybe the comment was taken out of context and decided to have my son stay in the other room but that was not the right decision. The issues that I discussed with the director were passively turned around to be my fault or our issue not her staff. She was not out right rude but she is definitely lacking customer service training. A child that had been there for years and never had a problem until they are moved with specific teachers should have told her something. Although the staff on the younger side is awesome. The two teachers that I experienced on the school age side made me decide to unenroll my son. read more

My husband and I looked at a lot of preschools all over town and this one is the one we had the best feeling about. The staff here in the front office is one of my favorites. I have a nanny that takes my daughter to school in the am, and I don't often get the chance to be the one to pick her up in the after noon so paper communication or telephone communication is key for me as a parent. It seems like that's the one thing this place could work on is communication. Often times my daughter is left out of stuff because I didn't know about it. Her teacher has never talked to me about how my child is progressing or anything and when I had asked if she gets any type of progress report they front said yes and her teacher said he didn't know anything about progress reports. Eventually I got hers. There has been a few times between transportation her blankets weren't at school for nap time. No one ever called me or told me , and I would find out a few days later after she hadn't had any for her nap time. I wish they were better at that.. But aside from the communication factor ... This place is great, I can tell my daughter is learning a lot and that's key. They also offer s lot of fun things like art/cooking classes (extra fee but worth it) and they are actually quality art projects that the kids take home. I know that she loves this school because she has never complained about attending. On her door every day it says what they did and they post pictures of the kids doing their school things and I really enjoy this. Right now is summer school and there's a bit more fun things like movie day and water days . However like I said paper things r big so there is a day to day calendar and so far it's almost always wrong . So when I tell my daughter ... Oh tomorrow is your popcorn relay at school... It's not and then I feel bad. But overall it's hard to find a quality school and I believe this one is. I would definitely recommend it to other parents looking to put their children in a good preschool especially if they r trying to get them kindergarten ready. read more
