Went and looked at a vehicle today and the salesman was very nice. The car had higher mileage on it…read moreand was priced at $16,900. We looked on Kelly Blue book to check the value of the vehicle and it was $12350. The salesman talked to the finance manager and came back with what they printed from Kelly Blue Book and NADA. He quickly showed them to us and then turned the paper over. I asked to see them again and the value of the car showed $12631 on one and $13,925 on the other. On both of the car values they put that the vehicle had a Northwest Package that costs $3750 which brought the price of the car up to $16,000 and $17,000. When I asked what the Northwest Package was he said "extra things you know like a brush guard and stuff like that". There was nothing extra on this car. When we asked if it had this package the salesman admitted it did not. Now I understand that they need to make money on what they sell but to be totally dishonest and add a cost on to the KBB and NADA value sheet that the car doesn't even have so they can make money is disgusting. Do NOT buy a vehicle from this company, they are completely dishonest and will charge you for things that the vehicle doesn't even have to make money.

Came in and explained the situation to Justin first thing Monday morning and he jumped right on my truck. These guys went out of their way to help me get back on the road that day. Justin even came and picked me up at my RV because I did not have a ride to get to the shop to pick the truck up (part of that being stranded thing). He was super informative, very communicative and as helpful as he could possibly be. I see all these other reviews that seem really horrible, but that was NOT my experience here at all. I'm also friends with a diesel mechanic in nearby Wenatchee and he told me that Sunset was a good choice as well, so I don't know why all these other reviews are running this place down. Maybe things have improved over the last couple years, I don't know. After a phone call where I was told service was closed until Monday morning but could use the drop-off service, I had the vehicle towed to Town Chrysler. I left a brief note stating the basic issue and the keys, with a promise to call and answer questions. I was contacted before I could call and was promised a rough diagnosis later that day. As promised, I was contacted that afternoon. Bent pushrods, probably a timing chain failure. We agreed on a engine replacement. Expected time for the new engine was 5 days; they had it in 3. Installation and checkout took about a week and a half. They were very thorough and kept me informed along the way. My service rep, Doug, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, a great experience for an out-of-towner.
