Went to test out a $36k two year old vehicle, and the sunroof didn't work. Had a shock/strut that made a popping noise and had dirty oil with the oil change light on when we went for a test drive. Salesman said they'd put it in the agreement to fix those things if we bought it, but those things should already have been done and fixed regardless. Gave us the ick and so we went to a different dealership to get great service. Hope they see this and start doing maintenance on their vehicles before selling them. read more

I had some service done on my car recently and I was very pleased with the whole Experience! Scott, the service manager got my car in the shop the very next day after I called it in, and it was fixed the same day it entered the shop! Their pricing was fair. The next day there was some new issues going on with the same area of the car they just repaired and so Scott had me bring the car in right away and he found that there was yet another part that needed replacing, and he replaced it at no extra charge for me! I am so grateful! My car is now running better then ever, and I am so glad that Scott is back and has taken over managing the service department! They sole me an unsafe car. Within 18 hours I called and they said they would make it right. I drove back and selected another car then I found out they were giving me $3000 less for the unsafe car than I had paid less than 24 hours before. I had no option but accept the shafting and suffer the loss. They tried to sell me a car with a bad air bag. Said it was just a sensor and there was nothing really wrong. I had concerns about a broken motor mount in the car I eventually bought and their so called mechanic said there was nothing wrong is was supposed to shake hard when it is in gear and you have the brakes on. Total BS the motor mount is broken. Do NOT do any business with this shady AF place. The manager will act friendly but he will look you in the eye and lie. STAY AWAY. read more

Went here to look at a carntoday. The sales person eas very nice but not knowledgeable. But all the same he tried to help me. He brought me to the GM to ask a question. The GM had such a lack of customer service. No introduction, no handshake until I extended mine and introduced myself. He seemed bothered and less than thrilled to help. Bought a 2008 Toyota 4 runner here 1 year ago. My sales manager was Dave. My sales man and sales manager were awesome. I had a really good experience here. They worked with me on price and financing. I was able to take my 4 runner home the same day and it was on a weekend! They even throw in your first free oil change. A year later and I haven't had 1 problem with my 4 runner. The sales agents at Leonard Evans in Wenatchee lied to me about my number one priority-- the safety of my vehicle. This affects not just my family, but yours as well. First, they lied about the oil change, which just shows you their spirit. I asked if an oil change had been done and the dealer told me yes. A few days after I drove it off the lot the change oil sensor came on. I called the garage and they told me that actually no oil change had been done for my car. If they didn't even change the oil (maybe a $20 cost for them), I can't believe they actually did the "Standard Maintenance Check" that they claim. But the worst lie was about the safety of my vehicle. They printed the carfax for me, and it mentioned some recalls had been issued on the car. I asked them if these had been completed and they told me that they had. Flat-out lie. As I was about to drive off the lot I realized a tail light was out. The sales agent told me he'd schedule an appointment to change it, free of charge. After two appointments where they couldn't figure out what was wrong, I finally looked my car up on the recall website. All the recalls that they'd told me were fixed showed up as incomplete-- including problems with power steering failure, brake light failure, and other basic safe operating features. I obviously never would have bought this car if I had realized it could revolt and maybe kill me and other drivers on the road. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau to have Leonard Evans put a public apology on their website for selling unsafe cars, and to develop a standard safety check that everyone can hold them accountable for, including verifying that recalls have been completed. Until this has happened, this review will stay here as a warning. read more

I don't like that I have to write this, but I recently went in for a car. I worked with a very personable sales rep. named Joe, I told Joe I didn't have good credit, but I did have good credit with those loan sharks at reliable credit so i thought it might be worth a shot. Furthermore, I had bought my previous vehicle from them and they bent over backwards to help me get that loan, well that vehicle after 2.5 years is starting to have need for expensive repairs, it's over 15 years old. Anyways, I had them run the credit and try to secure financing first, was told the first company would only approve me for a small amount, so they tried my current loan company, but said that it would take all day to get a response, fine, i went home and waited, and waited, and waited. Never received a call back from Joe, which shocked me because he seemed like such a good guy, no pressure salesman. So instead of calling Leonard Evans for status I called the D-bags at reliable to find out I was denied. So while i did have a good experience inside the dealership, i did not have a good experience outside of the dealership, because i believe that my salesman just blew me off as soon as he found out i wasn't approved for a larger loan. Sad. There are enough other dealerships in Wenatchee, if they cant handle a simple return phone call, I'll probably skip giving them business in the future once my credit situation improves. read more

So I was having terrible luck with buying a vehicle, seemed like every car I was gonna buy the transmission would crap out during the inspection. So I figured I'd give these guys a call since they had a Subaru I wanted. Called & I believe his name is Patrick LITERALLY DROVE OVER AN HOUR TO COME PICK ME UP TO BUY A CAR. Sadly we got back & someone else sold the car that they got me approved. Scrambling to figure out which car I can buy, they had me check out a 2017 Subaru. Nervous about buying such a nice car, he went through the whole process with me, made sure I was able to afford my car payment.& even offered to shop around for insurances in case mine gets high. Seriously these guys are great & will go above & beyond to make there customers happy. I'll probably be coming back later on in life to get another vehicle or trade. 7-10-2014 4 pm. went to this dealer today . they played the old bait and switch. by listing a van that sold 10 days ago. on craigs list.they posted it in june. i belive they posted it on 6-24-2014.one of the oldest scames around for car dealers.they just want to get you on there lot and point you to another vehicle . it almost always costs more.
