I would have given no stars except I had to give one. I went in to get a haircut and the stylist, Jill, did the worst job ever. She did not layer my hair correctly. When I tried to have her fix it, she told me that she would need to rewash my hair and didn't have time because she had another appointment. I reluctantly ended up paying $60 and then went to Hair Cuttery to have them fix it. Stay away unless you don't care what your hair looks like or have money to waste. So thankful to Hair Cuttery, NOT so much with Texure Point. read more

Came here on a Groupon, and loved what the stylist did as far as highlights, cut, and deep conditioning. With my work schedule, it's not that easy to get in as often as I'd like. My hair is not even shoulder length, and when I came in recently to have partial high-lights and a cut, I almost fell over when I was told my total! $140???. Maybe I "missed" something else that was done, but I have a friend who has hair past her waist and pays $150 @ another place. It's a nice place, the stylist I had is very sweet, but... this was way too much to spend on pretty much "short" hair. It'd be better if your customers "knew" ahead of time the cost instead of being blind-sided like I was. Too high priced for me. Won't be back. read more

I had an OK blowout done here it was neither horrible nor fantastic I will say however it was still a little damp when I went to leave.

I took my daughter here for color change and a cut and the stylist who was working on her was very sweet and let us know that what my daughter used before would be hard to get out...... These other two stylists Dailyn and Dimitria who were snickering with eachother the whole time came up to me and told me that the stylist who was working on my daughter messed up and they can fix my daughters hair. How unprofessional for these two girls to be going behind their co workers back and then come up to me trying to make me worry. If I didn't know the stylist personally that could have really ruined her career. I won't be taking my money to a business who brings other women down when they're supposed to work together..... The whole environment was like high school girls starting drama again, very toxic and unprofessional. read more

I came here after purchasing a groupon. My stylist was Jessica, she was great. I admit, she made me nervous at first. She appears new to the trade. But we had a lengthy consultation, complete with color swatches and photos of cuts, focusing on the combo of what I wanted and what was realistic (after all they are scissors not a wand). She seemed to do a lot of research throughout the process, which made me nervous. But we all have to start somewhere, and we've all been new at some point so we got started. The color was beautiful! And the horizontal highlights were a wonderful suggestion, no risk of chunky streaks and really subtle growing out. The cut was exactly what I asked for. She even had time to wax my brows. I was very pleased with the experience. As a matter of fact I just went back in for my 6 week trim. Jessica was very courteous and did another great job. She also seems to have gained some confidence in the past six weeks. No color this time, but she definitely has gained me as a client. I can't speak for any other stylist, but Jessica gets a thumbs up! read more

I was passing through the area and went to texture pointe for the first time. I'm always very nervous about someone new cutting my hair but my normal hair stylist has been out of town for months and I really needed a cut. I was lucky to have had Gabrielle S. cut my hair and I couldn't have been happier. She did a GREAT job.... and I'm very critical of the end result. My bangs are always an area I freak out about and they looked great. This place is probably 1 1/2 hours from my house but I'm thinking I may have to find a reason to be in the area so she can cut my hair again! Thank you very much Gabrielle!! read more

I've been to this establishment many times before and absolutely loved the service I received. But this last time... is making me question the continuance of my business. I was lucky to encounter SAMANTHA. I'll start by saying uncomfortably RUDE! When introducing herself, she had an attitude as if I interrupted her sleep schedule. Thinking, maybe the initial meet & greet was just in my head, Uh No! During the 5 minute consultation she told me what she could do, not what I wanted done. Not only was she constantly looking at the clock, her attention span & people skills are extremely unprofessional. Long story short, I did NOT let her touch my hair. I made an appointment with another stylist in hopes that I'm treated in a respectfully dignified manner. The salon, awesome. SAMANTHA, needs to be fired ASAP!!! read more

From the second you walk in the door, you are always greeted by a personable and bubbly receptionist. Upon arriving, you get asked if there is anything they can get for you. Just like the ever flowing tortilla chips at a Mexican restaurant, you coffee cup will never be empty and will always be made exactly how you like it. My stylist is 100% perfect. She understands exactly what I'm asking for and exceeds my expectations. She is incredibly personable, professional, and is always dressed for the part: her hair and makeup look magazine ready every time I go in to get my hair done. My stylist is helpful when I need to buy new products to help keep my hair looking and feeling salon beautiful - the products that she recommends "do wonders" for my hair!
