The work was done neatly, correctly and in a timely manner which is all one can ask. In addition a set of window shutters was not reinstalled to our satisfaction and the contractor sent over two knowledgeable and excellent workers to correct the problem. For all the reasons above we gave N&M 5 stars and would highly recommend this company for any of your needs.

The work they did was rushed, sloppy, and clearly not done with care or attention to detail. The paint is peeling everywhere, and it's obvious they didn't prep the surfaces properly. They painted right over visible damage without repairing anything first. The chrome molding they installed is full of cracks and misaligned pieces, it looks like it was thrown together just to get the job over with. It honestly feels like they were more focused on getting paid than doing quality work. One of the most upsetting things is that I personally watched them take the new sheetrock that was supposed to be installed in my home and then never put it in. That's completely unacceptable. They essentially cut corners right in front of me. To make matters worse, the team that was supposed to "deep clean" my house after the restoration left it filthy. I had to take multiple days off work just to clean and make my home livable again. I only started noticing all of these issues after settling back in, and since then, all I've gotten from them are excuses, broken promises, and endless delays. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you've already been through a traumatic experience like a house fire, the last thing you need is a company that cuts corners, lies about fixing things, and leaves you to deal with the mess they created. Over the years, we had our stairs repaired multiple times because no one bothered to figure out what the underlying issues were. We weren't just looking for someone who can do the job, we were essentially looking for someone who can permanently fix the issues with our stairs. And that person was Jarrell. Of the handful of contractors we have previously hired and ultimately failed, Jarrell was the one and only person who delivered and actually understood the assignment. Upon making an initial appointment for an estimate with Jarrell, he did contact me to let me know that he was on his way. He was on time. As per my request, he did contact me upon arrival and remembered not to ring the doorbell. Jarrell provided multiple estimates that we could choose from. Each estimate clearly listed all of the work that would be done, so that we would all be on the same page.
