Primaris set up all of our inspections and communicated directly with the county to ensure all permits and certificates were received. Our studio is a franchise so they also helped us source and purchase all of the items on our buy list to the exact specifications of our corporate offices. If you're looking to do a remodel, this is your contractor to use! After purchasing our home it needed a lot of updating. Never being through a remodel before, I didn't know what to expect. They took care of permits with the city and questions from the HOA. They cut into the concrete slab to move plumbing, they moved the fireplace, and took down several walls in the house. The drywall work looks fantastic. The team was wonderful and took care of any concerns I had. They were very respectful and I trusted them in my home. ***The best way to know how someone is would be to hired them, let them complete the work, and have something break down or need repair. I have not been able to reach Marty and when I did I was told he did not forget about me but was busy. A previous customer is always important as well. As laid back as I am all I can say now is that I am so beyond disappointed in the assistance or lack there of. ***3rd update, one more star removed! ***Had to update my stars due to the lack of communication and assistance when contacting the contractor and getting help after the project was completed. Sad to say because I am such a laid back easy going gal many will put me on the back burner and that is what seems to have happened here too.*** There is not enough that I can say about Marty and his crew! He is about his business and that is never a bad thing at all. We moved out the house Marty called his crew and had them to work. We had a few minor things repaired but a major bathroom remodel and the kitchen remake was done in no time at all. We decided to do a full home renovation to our Henderson home while living out of state. We have done little projects here and there while living in other homes but never something like this. Everyone I knew said to expect your budget to double as well as the timeline your contractor gives you. I'm so happy to say that those people were wrong. I am so happy I came a long Primaris Construction. Manager, Marty, from the very beginning was very straight forward and came through on every commitment he gave me from beginning to end. No cost or timeline changes at all. And the house looks amazing. He took care of our home and updated me constantly with the progress of each step. I am extremely happy with Marty and the crew at Primaris Construction! I met them while working with an interior designer Kylee-Dean Designer. She recommended Primaris to me because of her experience with them regarding price and quality. I was looking for a contractor to install a backsplash in the kitchen, replace baseboards, float a wall for wallpaper, and convert the sliding glass door to a french door. Primaris Construction bid came in under Lowes and Floor Decor bids. Marty did a thorough job walk and listened to what I was wanting and addressed all my concerns regarding the project. Additionally, because of Marty's experience, he was the only bidder that understood that portions of the stucco by the sliding door needed to be removed to facilitate weather stripping. When construction began, Marty always called me the afternoon before and explained what he was going to do the next day and access that would be needed. He always showed up with his crew and introduced them. His crew treated my home very respectfully and always cleaned up after themselves, worked diligently to prevent any messes and worked very well alongside another contractor who I had out to paint. To my surprise, they didn't come in a rush through the job and even coordinated changes through Kylee (the interior designer). They stayed and worked though some of the challenges my home had and did the job right. Fortunately, they have high standards of work because they re-did the stucco 3 times because it was not to Marty's standard. Without hesitation or reservation, I highly recommend Primaris Construction to anyone who is looking to remodel or improve your home. Marty recommended an electrical company that did a good job. However it had a bump along the road- did not finished the job, did not show up in time to connect the jacuzzi and did not give an estimate time to come in. Other than that, the electrician did a fine -clean job. The problem was the owner; not the worker. Marty came over to finished the job. He took the responsibility and assured me to call him if there would by any problem in our jacuzzi. I would highly recommend this company; they are dependable and integrity, which is hard to find nowadays. If you look for electrical work, request that Dave's electrical will not be the one to be recommended; Primaries have others to send to your home. You won't want to be yelled and hanged up by Dave's electrical after you gave them 97% of the payment. It's not worth it to deal with people who has no integrity. But Marty in Primaries is a gem. I have them 4 Star because of the bump along the project - it's not their fault- they were hands in- on top of everything- replied in minutes once you message them. I highly recommend this company. I had 2 bathrooms done in my home..I had the bathrooms floors done in laminate...the toilets were not secured to the floor correctly...the seal was not right..extreme nd was coming thru the floors...last year I had to have the main bathroom done and this weekend the guest bathroom due to shoddy work.I will never use primaries again..workmanship might look nice now but give it a couple of years...the workers are rushed to do the job read more

I first contacted Marty on July 20th he came out the next day and looked at our pantry project that I need done. He said it would be no problem and he could probably have it done the next weekend as long as we got the door and removed the wall. We did everything the next day. So I texted him on that Sunday and let him know everything was done and ready for him to come see and take the measurements and get us on the schedule. By Tuesday I hadn't had a response so I called him and he said he had gotten the text and will probably be by in a day or two. I said no problem. The week goes by and now it's Saturday afternoon and I text him again saying I don't mind waiting but I want to get a definite start date. I never get a response so my husband calls Marty. Marty says oh ya I will call you later today and schedule a time to come out this week and measure so we can get it done this weekend. Friday comes along and we never heard anything so I call Marty. He says I'm busy and just can't get to it.... so now I am just upset because we have wasted 3 weeks waiting for someone that clearly wasn't intending on doing this job. I said you could have told me this instead of lying to me. I asked do you have anyone you can refer me to he said yes I will send you the number as soon as I stop because he was driving..... of course two days later and still nothing.
