I went with my friends, and we were all very impressed. The food is very delicious. Portions are huge and the quality is high. Was very hungry so decided to stop in for a meal and got the most expensive burrito on the menu, the fajita burrito. With rice and beans. With a margarita on the side. This is the first time I ate in a Mexican restaurant where I could not finish eating the burrito because of no flavor. It was very bad the meat taste like just meat no flavor. The beans were the best thing on the dish. The rice was super salty and hard. I would not recommend coming here to eat. go to the local gas station. They have better food. Dang! The food here is great! I actually had a pork burrito, which means GREEN sauce. The pictures that I posted were other entrees from people in our party. I'll find the picture of the burrito I ate at some point. I kinda expected the food to be so-so, based on the exterior of the building, but not so. Great flavor and great service. This spot was so charming. The decor was beautiful and the staff was kind and the service was fast. Some reviews complained about the salsa being runny but it was flavorful and robust and not all salsa should be as thick as the Americanized stuff you can buy in jars at the grocery store. The pricing was fair and there were items on the menu I haven't seen since my last visit to So Cal. The rice and beans were authentic and they tasted like it. I ordered the enchiladas and the enchilada sauce was delicious. I hope the local community of Dayton understands this place is a hidden Gem. read more

This is the best Mexican restaurant in the state of Washington. There are all others also, one in Ellensburg, and I think others in western Montana. It is owned by a family from Guadalajara, and they serve excellent authentic Mexican food, great service, nice atmosphere, and delicious food. read more

Stopped by this establishment after fly fishing the Touchet and before checking out a flick at the Liberty Theater. I walked in to a fairly hopping restaurant (surprising considering how small Dayton is---but Dayton has been experiencing a tourism renaissance over the years). There were locals, bikers, and passersby (like myself), pouring into the place. Since I was solo, and didn't want to wait to be seated, I bee-lined it for the bar area. Staff were pretty busy with people in the dining area, so no one was really manning the bar. But I was taken care of. I went with a margarita (having it topped with blue salt was colorful & interesting). For food, I went with one of my standbys: Chicken En Mole. Their sauce was decent, and their warm corn tortillas were just right. All in all, a good meal. Although the futbol game ended as I sat down, I spent the rest of my time watching a Mexican dating show: "12 Corazones". Interesting. Veeerrrry interesting. ;) read more

The food was just average, nothing special. The service was average. Margaritas were 7.50 each. I had 3 and there was no Tequila in them. The bartender swears they premix it's and put it in pitchers. I've had bartenders lie before but never this blatant. I finally had to order a shot of Tequila to actually get some tequila. Do not order a mixed drink in this place. If there is any alcohol in it at all it's bare minimum. It's a rip off! read more

Solid Mexican food that will do just fine for a small town like Dayton. Probably a great place for those headed off of the mountain after a day of skiing. Had the vegetarian burrito for a change. Now, there's nothing 100% healthy about a Mexican joint, but changing some ingredients made for a great dish. Whole beans instead of refried, low fat toppings, reduced fat cheese. Pretty good - and didn't give you the 'gosh just roll me out to the car' feeling at the end. Ended up keeping half for lunch the following day. Good atmosphere, friendly folks, good food. Our new tradition during the fishing season is always catch a meal out of town on the way back home. This place never disappoints the food is great the employees are amazing we showed up 20 minuets before closing and they insisted we sit and enjoy our meal we stayed a little after they closed and they were more than happy to have us. In Dayton, there are few choices and this is probably the best one if you're not looking for a super fancy dinner (or a place where families are appropriate). Stopped by here on the way home and wondered why there were no cars in the parking lot at 1:45 on a Sunday. Well they were open and within 5 seconds of being in the building I realized why it was dead. Two waiters are standing there and neither says "Hi" or "Welcome" until my wife says Hello first. The salsa was by far the worst salsa I have ever had. I was hoping for something hotter and was brought a semi hot green sauce. Food was decent but not outstanding. Because my husband's job moves us around a lot, I have had the un-pleasure of trying many Mexican restaurants in various states - hoping to find something good. (And now hoping to find something that compares to Fiesta) My family is Mexican, and does Fiesta's food taste exactly the same as the food my Mom makes? No. However, it is a very delicious variation! It's like going to my Mexican friend's house and tasting their Mom's version of my Mom's food. The rice is the best Mexican rice I've ever had outside of my house. The salsa is fantastic, as is the guacamole. Chicken taquitos are a must have! My favorite entree is the chicken enchiladas. The service is always great, and their margaritas are delicious too. The bar is fairly high in Easter Washington for Mexican places. There are a lot of good choices. I was not too hungry, so I had the Asada Salad. The meat was really tasty with spices from the marinade. The portion was good sized (especially the meat). The price seem reasonable. Really attentive wait staff is a plus. I Eat there once a week. Good food, good people, nice menu I have to travel thru the town once a week so I eat there often but avoid the town, typical speed trap with fat lazy cops. I have never been stopped but I saw a accident and the cop was so stupid the one guy was drunk and they just drove him home while the true victim got a ticket for a cracked windshield. read more
