I've grown up bowling here. Always fun, recently had a birthday party here. We did the lunar bowling package. It was a great party, a bit on the pricey side but everyone had fun. The food and drinks are always good! The cheeseburger is great!

Orange juice at Fiesta Lanes cafe.

This Orange juice was $2.00 plus tax! Really! I know food places want/need to makeup lost revenue but this is ridiculous.

Had an absolutely delightful afternoon here with my family. For all intents and purposes, Fiesta Lanes is a bowling alley just like every other bowling alley I've ever been to. You walk in, pay money to wear shoes that thousands before you have worn and choose a bowling ball that thousands before you have thrown. I tend to think of bowling alleys as smoker's paradise but this one was smoke-free. They have a full counter of stadium-style foods (nachos, hot dogs, cheese fries, gallons of cokes and beer, etc) and an arcade room for when you are just a bit bored throwing balls at pins. What Fiesta Lanes does right is being affordable. They have these bowling happy hours (Bowl Your Head Off Wednesdays for $5) that will keep your pocket book happy. They have several lanes, which is helpful to keep the crowds in check. Some of the equipment was broken and a bit dated, but the staff was always right there to help us get back into the game. All in all, if you're in New Braunfels and looking for a place to escape the heat, give Fiesta Lanes a shot. Lots of fun!

The cute cafè and Lenore holding down the fort like the professional she is!

I have been here once and had a great time!! It's small and kinda old school but I like that. Great staff and the place seemed pretty clean.

Their food is reasonably priced and tastes way better than typical bowling alley food.

On a day trip to San Antonio, I saw the Swig sign and couldn't resist trying my first dirty soda…read more The menu was extensive, so I appreciated the guidance offered by our friendly order taker. I'm typically a still water gal, so she steered us toward sodas that were surprisingly tasty and not overly sweet, skipping anything with creamer. We stuck with the classic Big Al (diet coke + lime + coconut) and a passionfruit pearl concoction; both hit the spot on a toasty Texas afternoon. As someone who drinks minimal caffeine and alcohol, I'm happy to have a place to swing by when I want to mix up my usual routine of plain and simple H2O.

I frequent Swig, and normally I LOVE it. I wouldn't say they go above and beyond with customer…read moreservice, but I've never had any issues with the staff, but the product itself is great. However today I had the absolute worst interaction (it had me in tears)... There's two separate lanes, with signage "choose the shorter one". Which I did, and I ended up merging. One of the employees viewed this as wrong (though there was no ill intent behind my actions), so she initially gave me a dirty look, and proceeded to help the car in front of me, while her colleague helped me. Upon finishing ordering, and pulling up, Mallory (the employee that helped the car in front of me) felt she should say something. Making a snide remark about 'oh so you think you can just cut people off'. I found this extremely upsetting as I had no ill intent (and felt I was following the signage by picking the shorter lane), and I didn't find it her place to speak on the matter. In fact I found it extremely inappropriate to insult a customer at your own workplace. And to make matters worse her and her colleague continued to talk about it with the car behind me (as I was only a couple feet away). I honestly feel very upset, about the level of inappropriate behavior and general disregard for others, especially seeing as Swig is an establishment I normally love going too.
