I would not recommend this place for any human with real life problems. my boyfriend has had a car with them 6/7 months he has paid his payments on time or early and when needed time on one payment he called ahead and then paid both payments in full we recently had to move out our old place in a timely manner for various reasons so he asked for time again this being the 2nd time they denied that and turned his car off after being early or on time consistently smh I could understand if he was constantly behind or late but he isn't at all and they refuse to have compassion or empathy that life does happen smh worst place by far read more

WALK AWAY!!! (Negative stars) I can't believe these places are still in business!! They're dirty dealin' thieves. They wanted to sell me a 2006 Honda Accord with over 100,000miles, dented hood and lord knows what else for $17,000!?!?! I was so dumbfounded by this! And after interest of payments, Cody thought paying upwards of $24,000 for a 12 year old car was reasonable!? I should have walked away way before I even drove up on their lot. Everything about this place is shady and felt wrong. Even their commercials are misleading, don't believe their lies. They have a selection of worn vehicles with lots of lack to detail when it comes to cleanliness and care of their vehicles. They make their money on REPOSSESSIONS because they charge customers biweekly payments and as soon as you're a day late, they will activate their remote engine kill switches so you can't drive, then they go get it repossessed. This company lacks in customer service, as well as communication! Due to pre-existing issues with the car I paid over $1300.00 just in repairs within the 1st year, not to mention the vehicle value being $2000 and I paid over $16000.00 for this vehicle due to being stranded and needed something right then. I contacted several times the dealership "Fiesta Motors" as well as "Fiesta Acceptance" to find some way of skipping payments, trading in for something else due to not being able to use the vehicle because of all the issues, or finding a resolution to the problem. I have made every payment on time even with all the issues. After speaking to several employees and managers they were only willing to add 2 payments to the end of the note due to large expenses to repair, which helped some and I was appreciative for that but that never solved the problem or even came close to what I spent on the vehicle. I was told so many things and they never followed through, or this person didn't tell that person. It was very irritating. When I asked for a higher up nobody could give me information. They are very demanding on payments but cannot put forth an effort for their customers. Definitely will not recommend these people to any and will get the word out on how ridiculous these people are at handling business. No matter how much you do your part in making payments on time they treat everyone as a delinquent (even if you cannot use the vehicle), and that is not a way to keep business, which is why I believe the sales reps have you give feedback at the time of sale so they don't have a bad rep. Please reconsider another dealership and don't fall for the sales pitches they give you because it is all a lie. read more
