It starts with Juan Ibarra, who was our driver for 2 weeks as we toured San Antonio, Austin, and The Hill County of Texas. He was superb. First of all, he was just NICE. Good conversationalist, pleasant, helped people off with a hand (when needed), was always in a good mood. Actually chimed in with some interesting facts along the way. Second of all, he knows the area like the back of his hand. We had to get through San Antonio's morning rush-hour traffic. Instead of losing an hour like everyone else, he took us on short cuts that took less than half the time. Third of all, ALWAYS on time. I will always have this image in my head of his Star Shuttle motor coach just pulllllllling up to the sidewalk in from of the Bullock Museum just as we are coming out. Fourth, he's a good driver. He negotiated the streets of San Antonio and our multiple stops. Our hotel in Austin (the Hyatt Place at Austin airport) wasn't built with motor coaches in mind. With a max degree of difficulty, he got us in to the hotel front. And then, there's the coach. Comfortable, flexible, clean, and lovely views. The sound system and technology hook-up (HDMI, etc.) was great. A bathroom, but nobody really used it with all the stops we had. Absolutely top-flight experience. Juan was amazing. Uber really left us hanging because we ended up having to drive to Austin. In order to make our Vonlane bus time at 4pm. why didn't they notify us much sooner so they didn't leave us scrambling to get to Austin? they deserve this one star and I wish I could give a review for the driver that canceled it. Usually Uber has been very good in the past, but they really left us hanging and disappointed this time.

You will unload your luggage, and drive your car to the parking spot that you desire. A minivan will follow you, and drive you back to your luggage! There are even workers who help unload and load your luggage. From there, the comfortable transport vehicle will take you directly to the terminal door. All of their shuttles and transport vehicles are clean, with very helpful and friendly staff. There was no line for the city economy busses (which I will take next time) and a LONG line for Airport Security Parking. It was terrible to see two busses for the cut lot, while we waited so long for vans for this lot. I felt sorry for the van drivers who weee hustling & had worried looks. We learned there were only TWO vans! The line continued to grow. Drive up to a kiosk and they unload your luggage for you. One passenger stays with the luggage while you follow a van to your parking space. Then, the van takes you back to where your travel partner & luggage waits. Then board the transport van for the airport. There is an electrical fence to deter THIEVES, which an employee related they had trouble with.

I remember the rude parking attendant who refused to give me a receipt. The next time I was at the airport, A.I. had replaced him. Parking - there are options for every customer. Prices are reasonable for any budget. TSA - Professional and efficient. Food Options - Depends on the terminal and the terminals are not connected. The gentlemen that answered was receptive and informative. Which of course hooked me right away. After discussing the details he told me that someone from his office would be contacting me the next day to send me pictures of the white limo that I would be renting and a contract to look over before finalizing the booking. I did not hear back from anyone for 2 days. I was trying to be positive and thought, their customer service was so good they are just very busy. NO! that was my first red flag that I didn't listen to. I called and left a message explaining I had spoken to the owner 2 days ago and requested a call back to give my e-mail address to receive pictures,contract and start to finalizing the booking and put the deposit down for May 12th. Another two days went by and I heard nothing. So I sent and e-mail requesting contact. Again, I didn't listen to the signs. Three days later I received a contract from Ebonny Brown, Office Manager. I replied back explaining I was wanting the pictures of the vehicle I would be renting before signing anything. That took another several days. Finally I received pictures of a bright white limo Fully Stocked with Waters, and several different types of sodas. Well that looked fine. So I called Ms. Brown 3 times and left messages requesting a return call to finalize the booking and make the payment in full. After a few days from the last message I had left both on her cell phone and office phone I receive an e-mail someone from Alamo Limo stating Ms. Brown has a family emergency and they were sorry for the delay and if I would call the office to finalize the booking they would take care of it. Then I called the office number and left 2 messages. No return calls. I send a e-mail to Ms. Brown stating that I was concerned with the lack of followup on my booking and if they didn't feel as though they could provide the service I had been promised to please let me know and I would make other arrangements. I received an e-mail back from Ms. Brown assuring me that was not the case and everything would be perfect for my special day and that she was out of the office but would call me the next day to finalize and take payment. And finally something was done that they said they would do. They called for the payment!!!!! I gave her the address again and requested the limo be there at 4:30pm. No problem she replies. They will call you 4 hours before their scheduled time and introduce themselves and also arrive 15 minutes before scheduled time of pickup. My wedding day comes......... One hour before the limo is suppose to be there I haven't heard from ANYONE!!! With getting hair and makeup done and getting dressed I call Ms. Brown and tell her I haven't heard from anyone. Ms. Brown replies I'll call him right now and call you back. I hear nothing. Everyone I know getting ready to come to my wedding or already there. I receive a call from a very excited man asking me about my day. WHAT????? I am not in the mood to chit chat and I proceed to give him my address to make sure he has it. His response, I was just calling to confirm the address was correct.... Dude your already late, just get here!!!!! The limo arrives at 5:00. just the time I am supposed the be at the venue. I am texting people that I will be later than expected. I am trying not to cry. The driver gets there and my maid of honor go directly to the vehicle, the driver asks don;'t you want to take pictures? I looked at him, Are You Kidding?????!!!!! No, we are late. I get in and can feel the limo is very warm. My maid of honor starts looking at the buttons to lower the temperature and I start to look for water because I know I will need some until the vehicle cools down. THERE IS A 2 LITER BOTTLE OF COKE IN THE BACK THAT HAS BEEN OPENED!!! NO WATER, NO ICE, NOTHING COLD AT ALL!!!!!My maid of honor finally says to the driver, it really hot back here can you please turn the temp down? Drivers reply, sure! We are half way there on a 15 minute ride and I feel sweet starting to run down my face. The I see the 5:00 traffic that we should have missed if the driver had been on time. We arrive at 5:30 ( an hour late, and my photographer is outside waiting for us. We needed to get there at 4:30 so my soon to be spouse would not see my dress while we were taking pictures. We that surprise also went up in smoke. The driver asked me what time should he be there for pick up. I said 11:00. that's when everything ends. Driver replayed, ok I'll be here. 11:00pm outside waiting for the limo We stood there until 11:30........ NO LIMO
