    Al Pastor taco

We have been to many Mexican restaurants and enjoy going for Taco Tuesday. We have one favorite and wanted to try a new one so we decided to try Fiesta Vallarta. It did not disappoint us and is now one of favorite Mexican restaurants. Service was Excellent the decor was colorful and tropical and food was freshly made. We tried the Street Tacos- Al pastor, chicken tinga, and ground beef that was half price. The guacamole was freshly made along with the chips and salsa. The Mexican rice and refried beans were flavorful and cooked perfectly. Definitely try to jumbo watermelon margarita which was very refreshing. Highly recommend Fiesta Vallarta!

Came here again with family and I tried the ceviche this time with a michelada and modelo especial. It was delicious! The ceviche tasted fresh and they give you tostadas on the side. Everyone else enjoyed their burritos and margarita. The service was good as always. Can't wait to come back!

The seafood chimichangas were loaded with large shrimp and some other seafood, and the queso over top of it was fantastic!

I'm not a beer person but my husband always seems to find a new favorite. Personal favorites include schnitzel, spatzle, brisket poutine, brussel sprout Caesar salad, and shrimp and grits. Their menu has such variety, I can't think I one thing I wouldn't get again! If you haven't tried it, GO NOW! if you haven't been in a while GO NOW! The only drawback (which proves their success) is a possible wait in the evenings. The staff is so efficient and seem to try their best to accommodate every person/party that walks in the door. Oh I didn't mention the deserts! Hand made! Dare I say, better than moms? You know how you're usually to full for desert? Take one bite and bring the rest home

They were so good. The krauts had this crunchiness and you could tell they made them fresh there. For entrees, I got myself schweinshaxe and my partner got pork schnitzel. The schweinshaxe was a huge pork shank with krauts. The pork shank was so slow cooked so it was super tender and flavorful. It was so good. I wished they added a bit more krauts to it. I couldn't finish it at all cause it was just so much. There was bread pudding to the dish. I guessed because of the savory and sourness of the krauts and pork shank. They needed to add some sweetness by introducing bread pudding. The bread pudding was very yummy. My partner enjoyed his pork schnitzel. He said Das Schnitzel Haus made it better but this came in a very close second. Overall, we love their menu since they offer something different. The menu would be perfect if they have potato pancakes.

As a sour dill pickle lover, I really loved the cucumber-flavor pickles. They are great for the burger -- adds even more flavor without overwhelming like some pickles can. The pickles taste how I imagine they would when only half through pickling process -- a combo of discernible cucumber with a mild dill flavor. Very nice. I was disappointed with the octopus. It was delicious and uber tender, but only one small tentacle -- not enough to share with anyone. My husband and I can share a meatball at most places but this tentacle was too small. The gnocchi that accompanied it could be a dish all its own. The gnocchi with the potato alone would make a great app. or entree. Example: Ketchup Martini had anchovy and herb oil. Confusing on the palate...and nothing stood out. Octopus dish was smothered a spicy chorizo. Had to scrap the chorizo off just to find the octopus...which had no chance of standing out after the other oils and spices. Shared fried chicken. A bit undercooked. What we could eat was ok...not extraordinary. Wine selection was abysmal. One red wine....in a can. Ceviche was excellent. Service was good.
