The customer service at this place is a joke! I rented a helium tank from them for a baby shower I was hosting. They asked me to pick-up on Friday at 9am. I arrive on time & no one is there. I wait in the parking lot for 20 minutes trying to reach someone. They call back & ask that I come back at 11am. When I come back to pick-up the tank at 11am, the gauge shows that the tank needs a refill. I question the man helping me & he guarantees me 3 times that this tank is full but the gauge is off because it is for a much larger tank. I ask him how many balloons will this tank blow-up & he says 250. I get assurance from him one more time that the tank is full. Side note: I only have 150 balloons to blow-up. Saturday morning I am setting-up the baby shower. I begin to inflate the balloons & after only 50 balloons, the tank is empty! I am irate because I have guests arriving in an hour & a half. I call the company & tell them the problem. They now want me to drive their tank to their supplier for a refill 40 minutes away from where I am. I tell them no, I cannot go anywhere, I am hosting a party. They then tell me to bring the tank back to them (30 minutes away) to exchange it for a full one. I tell them again that I cannot go anywhere & they need to make this right. Finally the woman on the phone says she will send her daughter to me with a new tank. I tell her I need it in 30 minutes and she says ok. It then takes over an hour for the new tank to arrive! When my guests arrived, I was still inflating balloons & was very embarrassed by this. I urge everyone to stay away from this company. They are unprofessional & they lie to their customers. read more

we used them 2 years ago and that experience went goodnso when this year we needed a bouncehouse and other rentals we came back and another great experience. they were fast to reply confirmation, updated order when we needed more chairs and table last min. and when I didn't understand the heater they came back to help me with it. highly recomend them and will come back again next time we do another party. those heaters worked so well to keep us warm. read more
