Decided to try out this bakery and try authentic Peruvian items…read more The service was quick but there was quite a line when we came in on a Saturday morning. I got the egg salad but it was a little bland so I did have to add some extra seasoning to it when I got home.

The cappuccino was served in a cup with a visible coffee stain from a previous drink, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. To make things worse, a sign fell on the floor near our table and no one bothered to pick it up even after our food was delivered. Once our food arrived, no one came back to check on us. My utensils accidentally fell to the ground, and since no one returned, I had no choice but to continue eating with just my knife. The bread was warmed but clearly not fresh hard as a rock. The food overall tasted old, like it had been prepared days earlier and reheated. Considering the prices are not cheap, this is unacceptable. The environment didn't help either. The staff attitude felt indifferent, and while there was one very kind gentleman working there, he was clearly overwhelmed by the crowd. The overall atmosphere was uncomfortable customers using loud and inappropriate language making it not a place I would feel comfortable sitting with my 14-year-old teen. What's ironic is that the dessert counter looks beautiful, full of tempting options, but after this experience, it makes me seriously question the quality and freshness of everything behind that display. A year ago, this was a place I would recommend with my eyes closed. Today, I hesitate to suggest it to anyone. With the current quality, service, and pricing, it feels like a waste of money. I truly hope management takes notice and restores the standards this establishment once had because right now, it's a shadow of what it used to be.

My friend and I recently stumbled across a pop up this bakery was doing inside the Orlando Museum…read morefor their "Art In Bloom" exhibit. We had a lovely conversation with the owner and she recommended a few pastries. We ordered a ham & cheese stuffed croissant, the pistachio & raspberry croissant, and their almond croissant. They were all phenomenal! The savory croissant was packed with ham and cheese. The pistachio & raspberry was not sweet so it pairs perfectly with a coffee. My favorite was the almond croissant. Definitely the best I've ever had. The texture was almost cake like and the almonds were plentiful. I'll be stopping by their location the next time I'm in Orlando.

While they didn't receive the same level of viral eats that some other places have in Orlando, it absolutely should be in the spotlight. Having only been in Orlando for a short time, they have already won so many awards and received news recognition. The minute I walked in, the staff was very quick to attend to us and tell us about their pastry case and about the chef. He hails from Paris, France and trained under a French chef since he was 16. According to the bakery staff anyway It's very cutely decorated and there is nice instrumental music that plays through the whole bakery. They have tables for you to sit-down and order breakfast as well. So if you want to grab and go, you can. However, if you're there to enjoy and laze around with food, you can do that too. We ordered a classic French baguette, spiral laminated pastry with raspberry and pistachio, spiral laminated pastry with pineapple, a nordic quiche, and a latte. The staff was super sweet and nice and everything came out very quickly. They even offered to wrap the baguette and hold it for me until we left since I wanted to take it to go. The pastries were absolutely delicious. Very flaky, crispy, and buttery bread that pairs really nicely with the raspberry and the pistachio. I would rate it a 10/10. I think it was that good. Like hands down. The nordic quiche was also excellent and is a quiche with cheese and smoked salmon and comes with a side salad and balsamic vinegar. The nordic quiche was a 9.5/10. The latte was a 7/10. Now, the baguette. They had two different ones, one that Americans are more familiar with and one that is a classic French one. The classic French one was more crispy but softer interior. I had ordered it to go and it was a long baguette that only cost $3. I literally ate the whole thing before my day was over. Didn't even make it that long. I think we paid about $30, without tip. It was most definitely worth it. My overall rating is a 9/10 and I loved it. I can't wait to come back. I highly recommend it to everyone.

It was a pink cake with a Halloween theme. We spoke to the Julie about what we wanted. I told her we wanted a cake with pastel pink, lavender and orange pumpkins. Julie said that she would do a vine on the pumpkins and that they would do the pumpkins right, left, right ,on the top ,middle and bottom layers. It was probably my fault for assuming the decorations would be piped with icing. What we got was a two tier cake with pink and white Pumpkins. They were on the top and then the bottom on the right and left side. There was no vines or leaves and the pumpkins was make of rice crispy treats that was just laying on top and around the bottom. My husband went to eat one of the pumpkins but said it was horrible cause it was so sweet. The actual cake tasted good but the filling we ordered was suppose to be strawberry but it was buttercream with specks of berry and no berry taste!
