Staff was real helpful and always around, even sitting outside. Coffee is self serve so you have to go get it yourself at the counter all the time which is good.

The inside is small but clean with a huge selection of coffees and accoutrement. My favorite part are the frozen coffee ice cubes they use so your coffee doesn't get watered down!
