Stopped in today for a fizzy treat! I tried looking over the online menu but it was being funny but I was given enough time to look over the menu board. Today's drink choice is Strawberry Shortcake. I was instantly greeted! I placed my order with the sweet gal working drive thru. There was a communication error cause the head set was acting funny. After all that confusion was sorted I headed to the window. There was the cutest face working the window! The gal working the window was very nice! She got me all squared away and gave me my drink. Ummmmmmm Strawberry Shortcake is so good! It tastes like strawberry cake! Highly recommended this one! Looking forward to coming back and trying other drinks on the menu. read more

Got to the drive-thru and was repeatedly told (pretty rudely) to speak up, to the point where I was basically yelling my order. I had to repeat it four times before he finally got it right. When I pulled up to the window, he immediately said, "You can tip me a dollar, two dollars, or three," which felt super pushy and uncomfortable. I said a dollar because I felt pressured, and then he repeated it back like I was supposed to give more. When I got my pretzel bites, there were only seven instead of eight, and they had salt even though I specifically asked for no salt. Honestly, just make the drive to Swig, it's worth it. read more

I love this business. The staff is nice and friendly. I do go here almost everyday, but somehow they never fail to give me the wrong order. Don't get me wrong, I don't like to complain, I appreciate fast food workers or workers of any relation to that. But how can I enjoy my drink when it's incorrect? The service was okay at best, they said their speaker was having issues so they couldn't hear me. I had to repeat myself several times at the window after they told me to pull forward to order. I asked about an allergen I have, they kept switching their answers if it was in something then required further clarification. The gum ball on the bubble gum drink tasted old. This is such a fun spot. The building itself is RAD! The team member was super kind to our carload in the drivethru. It was our first time and WOW there are so many options! We love the sodas with puree, and they have energy drinks that are all remixed, too! literally TONS of options there is something for everyone! We also ordered 3 macarons because we love macs! IMPROVE YOUR DRIVE THROUGH ETIQUETTE. The girl from drive (short hair) through took our order laughed at my husband for describing the drinks contents verses the drink name. Basically asked what he was even talking about and laughed as we drove up that we were incompetent for our mistake of describing the drink verses referring to the name. I see why this place was almost out of business. Don't hire just anybody for a body hire with good qualities and customer service skills. Definitely need to address training if this doesn't improve in 60-90 days, so hope as a business owner you would transition and look for new help. Peaches 4 You was a decent drink. Inside out: I didn't go inside but the outside is a cute old style building by the mall, the drive through has an intimidatingly large menu. Service: fast and friendly, it's always hard to tell through the drive-through but they were smiling and polite. Drinks and sweets: The selection is overwhelming but everything I've tried so far is good. Fully sugard monster drinks with extra flavors are a bit too much sweet for me. The prices are a touch high in my opinion but it's a novelty. My husband had a macaroon which is a bit highly priced but is a actually average for the area. He said it was delicious. Overall it seems like a cute place for a first date or time out with a friend given the retro styling and novelty of the place, or a good place to get a drink after you float the river. read more

Drive through restaurants are the best, especially these days. And a drive through soda fountain is super refreshing. You can get carbonated water flavors and a fresh lime. My favorite is the Purple Rain. read more

Yeah, only dozens of Italian sodas, only dozens of smoothies, only dozens of slushies, only dozens of special mixed soft drinks I had never imagined. We generally love Fiiz but the customer service was lacking tonight. The wait for one car was ridiculous and the speaker was not work and ordering was absolutely painful having to repeat things multiple times until finally we gave up and waited until we could order face to face at the window after waiting over 10 min for the car in front of us to get their drinks. read more

The drive thru is a little bit weird but I can get over that. They got our order confused twice, but once they got it together it was good. I'll just give them the benefit of the doubt and say there was a new worker. The drinks are great though. I'll probably be back when I'm in town just because I'm addicted to soda. read more

I just went here for the first time today. I was super excited to see the diner retro style of it and get some of their macaroons! When we walked in, we were not greeted. We went up and looked at the menu to figure out what flavors we wanted. Still not one of the employees had said a word to my boyfriend and I. We finally told the till worker what we wanted and she barely said a single word to us as we told her. The menu for the macaroons are very confusing and she never clarified for us on how to understand the flavor choices because it makes it look like there are different flavors but 2 of them are actually combined into one macaroon. The worker did not tell us this so my boyfriend ended up only getting one when he thought he asked for two but the flavors were combined. None of this was very big of a deal but all in all the service was terrible. Someone did however tell us to have a good day but it was a very awkward experience especially since we had never been in before. Ultimately though, the most important thing is how good the drinks/ treats are. The macaroons were very good but I wish the flavors were separate. The macaroons are a very good size and decently priced. read more
