We sure love our dirty soda and sweet treats here in Utah, so another Fizz is more than welcome. This one has a funky dining area if you want to stay and enjoy....or a drive through to wet your whistle on the go. The menu is a little smaller than other soda shops, but the staff is friendly and willing to do a custom combo if you ask. This store is in awful shape. You walk in and it smells bad, the floors are super gross,the counters are dirty. Doesn't look like this place gets cleaned very often. The service is slow as well. I recommend drive thru don't go inside. The drinks are okay and cheap so you can easily afford to take a group. But it just needs a very deep clean and to be updated as well. read more

Went to the drive-thru today at 8:30am the car in front of me, waited and waited to order and I saw it just drive off, drove up and realized there was no one there. Maybe nobody showed up for work, but there were a couple cars behind me waiting as well. We all just left. There wasn't even a sign-up saying it was not open. People were confused. read more

Not consistent, I asked for four different purées in my drink (3 in addition to the one that's already supposed to be included) and didn't even get the one purée that's supposed to be included. I got none. It's annoying that the company just leaves things out of the order if they don't have it or if they don't want to do part of the order. This has happened multiple times before no matter if I order in person or not, no matter if it's me or someone else ordering, which is a shitty business practice, because I'm paying extra for the inclusions that they're deciding to leave out without telling me. So I'm going to stop ordering from FiiZ and just make my own drinks at home myself the way I want since they want to be stingy and lazy and they want to ignore orders and still overcharge. The nice thing about this situation is now I don't have any motivation to buy from them in the future, so they've ultimately helped me save money because I won't be buying from them again. read more

I absolutely Love this FiiZ! they are always so great! they have always been amazing with service and they are quick. Every time I go in (which is often) they are always so friendly have happy, the lobby is always clean and has fun vibes. I've never had any issues. I love their drinks. They even have a fabulous kids drink menu. All 3 of my kids love the 'fancy' drinks. I just can't say enough good about the Herriman location of FiiZ! it's my favorite drink stop! read more

SO....drink places are popping up everywhere these days and they are becoming as prevalent as dentists and credit unions in the local 801. That said...what do I like about this FiiZ in particular is the small town big service feel. This place is the best! Made possible by the incredible and friendly staff and the @sodashopsisters. This is a great location. We have stopped in a couple times and they are always super nice and helpful. Another huge plus is that they are always very fast and efficient even when the lines are long. The sheer variety and excellent customer reward program made Fiiz our favorite drink stop very quickly. Our favorites: The Stark: Ironport tastes like root beer and Dr. Pepper had a baby. And that baby was delicious. Add red raspberry syrup and cream and you've got The Stark. Cocolada: With Diet Coke plus Coconut, Pineapple & Cream North Shore: Sprite, Coconut, Peach Puree, Mango Puree & Fresh Lime. (I nix the lime.) Sandy Cheeks: Water (yes, water, not everything has to be all sugary and carbonated) Mango & Strawberry Puree, Coconut & Fresh Lime. (Again, I nix the lime) Lady Liberty: Tiger's Blood Freeze w/ Cream, Whip & Sprinkles I like their macarons too. I'd skip on their cookies (at least the double chocolate cookie I got wasn't my fave). I need to try their pretzels and popcorn to see if they're special enough to get on the regular. Honestly, my favorite parts about Fiiz are 1) they have Ironport and 2) they ask me if I want to re-order what I had last time after I give them my rewards number. I mean, how convenient is that - especially with such a huge menu! Definitely consider Fiiz for your next soda run. read more

First time trying this place, i really liked it, i do not drink soda but wanted to give it a try and my sister wanted to so we went, i really enjoyed my time and the customer service was awesome. We love the root beer flavor drink, it was delicious. The pretzels with nacho cheese is also amazing, and fresh and bomb. I definitely think you should try this place out I will give a better review once i come a few more times read more

Pulled up in the drive through no answer, drove up to the window to flag down an employee with no response from the 3 employees in the building. I've always been more of a Swig fan until I tried this Fiiz location. Every single time I've come here, the service has been outstanding. We decided to stop by last night and we were told their server was down and they couldn't process payments. Instead of closing for the day or turning customers away for not having cash, they stayed open and offered to make our drinks for free! Thank you so much! Find another place to get your specialty soda drinks. This place is a total rip off. They overcharged us for our drinks. When I went in and ask about it they explained that in order to fill my 32 oz. Tumbler they have to charge me for a 44 oz drink. This makes no sense at all. So for anyone out there using a refill tumbler be prepared to be overcharged and not be told that you are. I also verified the amount my tumbler holds is exactly 32 oz. If I could add a picture here I would to show what 32 oz in our tumblers looks like. read more
