The snap dragons were droopy and sad. I paid $300 for this arrangement and this is what I got. I talked to the manager the next day and she showed me pictures of what it looked like when they made it and it seemed ok, but what ever happened between them making it and the condition it was at the mortuary was sad. The manager shifted the blame onto to the mortuary but all the other flowers that came from Tooele Valley Floral were all in perfect bloom and incredibly beautiful. In addition, The card attached to both arrangement didn't have the family member la name written on it. Just my sister's name and where to deliver. The second flower arrangement didn't even look like the picture on their web site. They were two totally different arrangements and she sited cost of flowers as the reason for the change. $125 is what I paid for 7 roses and 6 carnations and some greenery that looked like they were just shoved in an arrangement and figured it looked ok. Upon taking to the manager she said she would refund me some of the cost. I checked today and of the $450 I spent for the two arrangements, she refunded me $50. Needless to say I will not be a repeat customer. Buy your flowers at Tooele Floral!!!! all of their arrangements were amazing .... Failure on so many levels
