The mistletoe you could get with either Stillwater or sparkling water. I did feel like it was missing something, even trying it with the Stillwater and sparkling water two separate times. I'm just getting into the Utah soda scene (thanks to a gift card) and this was a pretty good Swig location! I got a Beach Babe, which was pleasantly surprising. It is a Mountain Dew base with raspberry and peach flavors, plus vanilla cream. The service through the drive-thru was pretty speedy, but I was very confused as to how to get into the drive-thru at first. This location is in a shopping center, and the drive-thru goes behind a building that also houses other businesses. I wasn't sure if I was in the right spot, so I pulled around front and was going to walk inside until I saw that the lobby was closed. Eventually, I turned around and found the drive-thru, but I think I would have driven past the shack where you order if I hadn't seen the person in front of me stop at it. I don't recall seeing many signs indicating how to get to the drive-thru or where to order, but by the time I figured it out, things went smoothly. Being from the Phoenix area I've never heard of or been to a Swig. While meeting up for lunch with a long time friend she said we absolutely had to stop here. I quickly realized we have something similar in AZ called Twisted Sugar. I knew it would be good when I saw the crazy long line in the drive thru. While it was very long we were in and out fairly quickly. I love Dr Pepper and decided on the Spring Fling which is Dr Pepper, vanilla, strawberry purée and coconut cream. Worst service and app ever. We walked to swig vs. driving and indoor ordering was closed. They told us we could use the app and curbside pickup. Sounded like a good solution. When was this app written? 2008? Worst app ever. I'm using an iPhone, at first the app seemed fine then I clicked on the "order" button to checkout, that restarted the order, cleared my cart, etc... I ordered it all again, then found the strangely placed basket. If your not logged into the app, it become really confusing here. I eventually figured out what was going on, almost restarting my order again, but at least it had a confirmation button preventing that action. When I verified my phone, the app just kept having me verify my number over and over and over again until I backed out back to the order screen then tried again. Now it let me order. However the credit card screen was very sketchy, looked like a 101 hello world. No Apple Pay, very sketchy. After ordering I was not able to click "I'm here for 15 minutes " so I told the people inside. They found the order, perplexed at what to do. Mountain Man. However, they very often have inconsistent results in preparing mine and others drinks. Almost every other time I order from here I have to come back and have them remake it because it tastes nothing like it should. The hassle is annoying when you have to drive back for that. Nicole, Thank you for responding to my Yelp review. Here are the details you requested. My husband and I are from out of state and we were visiting some friends for the weekend. I had heard lots of buzz about Swig and was excited to see one across the street from our hotel we were staying at. On Saturday we had an opportunity to try it out. Since I'm pregnant and was tired from a bad nights sleep I sent my husband to Swif with the order to get something. His phone was charging at the hotel and we didn't have a car since we were from out of town but we didn't think that would be a problem. When my husband finally came back with a soda and cookie. He looked pretty upset and explained the following to me... He said that he entered the store and went to order and the person behind the counter wouldn't take his order unless he placed it over the phone app. My husband then explained that he was from out of state had no car and that his phone was charging across the street at the hotel he was staying at. He asked if they would be able to make an exception and just place an order over the two devices that he saw were on and working. The person said no. He then asked if he could use that persons phone to place an order and they said no. Then the person got the shift manager and he/she came out and said that my husband would have to stand in the drive thru to place an order and that was the only way he could purchase a drink. The shift manager said that if he didn't like it he could go somewhere else to get a drink. I think my husband was a bit shocked by this statement. He runs his own business and was just completely taken back and surprise by the whole situation. And honestly I think he would have gone somewhere else but he knew how excited I was to get something from there. He was also surprised that there were six people working in the store and no one was willing or able to take his order. So he went outside and stood in the freezing weather to order a soda and cookie. He was so flustered that he didn't order himself anything either. Can you imagine the frustration and humiliation of a grown man having to order and stand in line with all thoes cars? But what really breaks my heart is that after he gets back to the hotel and tells me everything that happened he ends with saying that he wonders if they would have treated him that way if he wasn't brown (he's multi racial). Idk and I guess we'll never know. My husband is a sweet and not confrontational person which is why I wrote the review and not him. I am just still in shock that this whole thing took place and that he was told to go somewhere else instead of providing him a service that would have taken little effort. This location absolutely sucks. First of all we ordered two of the same drinks and we got to the window and they only said we paid for one. The person taking our order clearly was not listening or be attentive. Typically when a mistake like this happens the restaurant/store eats the profit and gives the customer what they ordered without having them go through extra hoops to get the second drink that they definitely ask for in the first place. Second of all, all the of the employees were rude, on there phones, not paying attention and overall horrible at there job. This location needs real work. Lastly, the drinks were lukewarm and had next to no ice in them. Overall do not go to this location it will make you hate swig. read more

I LOVE Swig! This location is convenient and faster than other ones. I do like when they have someone in the booth (sometimes they don't)but still is a faster location. The soda with the mix ins are great! My favorite is the Raspberry Dream with coke. It comes with raspberry purée and coconut cream. My new favorite drinks they have are the revivers! AMAZING! I am addicted to the Mountain Man! It comes with blackberry, coconut, fresh lime, half and half and Mountain Dew. It sounds like a lot but it's so good! I also love their cookies. The sugar is my favorite. It so good cold. And I also like the coconut cookie. You really can't go wrong! read more

Ordered my drinks for pickup at 2:05, I arrived at 2:07, I let them know I was here using the app, and it's now 2:31 and still no drinks. A worker came out and I asked him about my order and he said "we're busy, we'll get it out when we can" there were so many cars that came through the drive through and other cars that came up after us and left with their drinks. If you are the manager and are reading this, this is the worst location that I've ever used. Get your staff together.
