Apparently, I was lucky enough to get the VERY LAST Bacon Pepper Jacked Burger before it comes off the menu, and honestly, it was hands down the best bar burger I've ever had. Perfectly cooked, loaded with flavor, and just messy enough to let you know it was done right. My wife and I also shared the Hoppy Blues salad, which may very well have been the best "bar salad" we've ever had. Fresh, flavorful, and far beyond what you normally expect from pub food. Bridget jumped in behind the bar as well and was full of personality, great conversation, and positive energy that made the night even better. When the shift changed, we were taken care of seamlessly by another incredible crew: Rebecca, Kirsten, and Kira. Every single person was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home.
