Rating 4 out of 5 Value for money: 4 Cleanliness: 5 Food Quality: 4 Customer Service: 5 Look and Feel (Ambiance): 5 (simple and open kitchen concept) Thank you, Come Again?: 4 Address: 1871 E Murray Holladay Rd, Holladay, UT 84117 On my way back from the movie theater, I decided to give a detour to the Knotz Pretzel Company. I'm a fan of a really good pretzel when the time is right and the pretzel mood is in the air. When I think about pretzels, I usually find them at sports events, Disney land/world, airports, or at the mall. It's nice to see a dedicated brick and mortar store, conveniently located nearby the Megaplex movie Theater at Cottonwood Heights. Stuffed Ham and Cheese Pretzel with Cheese Sauce: $8.50 - The bread is thick and toasted warm. I believe they sprinkle the top with "Everything Bagel" seasoning. Be sure to eat the pretzel right away when you order it or else it will get cold and hard. I took my pretzel home and needed to reheat it in the air fryer and it wasn't as good. The filling to bread ratio was a little off for me personally. 80% bread and 20% filling. Would love to see more of a balance. Closer to 50/50 or 60 bread and 40 filling. Overall, I look forward to my next visit to Knotz pretzel and trying out the different flavors. Do note, the pricing is a little steep. I would be interested in trying out mini versions so it's less pricey, get more variety, and easier to eat without a fork and knife. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The store was clean and there are tables to dine in. Would you go? Let me know. Follow me for all the Salt City sips and trips.

Some good pretzels! They were pretty good! It's a very small place with seating for about 4 smaller groups. The lady who helped me was very nice and not too long of a wait !

I am so excited to have this new place nearby! My boss brought as assortment of pretzels (pizza, strawberry cheesecake, and plain) and I IMMEDIATELY took my lunch break to go grab my own! The pretzel was fresh and delicious. The service was great and so quick. The logo and packaging is so cute. This is exactly what SLC needs and I can't wait to introduce people to this awesome pretzel place.

I knew from the parking lot this place was a winner. Once inside, it had a welcoming atmosphere and people inside were all having a good time. This brewery features Lager Beers crafted using traditional Bavarian/European methods...thus I had to try one...two...maybe more. Luckily there was a ton of delicious looking food on the menu from the expected pizzas and wings to the old world treats like beef stroganoff, goulash and schnitzal. Everything is made from scratch and I couldn't help looking at all the neighboring tables to get an idea of what to try. Our waitress Ashley was really helpful and checked if the pesto was made with nuts as we have peanut and tree nut allergies in our family. Luckily there were no pine nuts or other substitutes and we could safely have it! We ended up getting quite a feast of plates and then topped it off with two desserts- the bread pudding and the German chocolate cake (couldn't come to a family agreement so had to get both!). Thanks Bohemian Brewery for the excellent time!

We had the pork shank and the chicken schnitzel. The pork shank came with spatzle and red cabbage-excellent dish. The chicken schnitzel was pretty good. It had a fresh taste to it and even a little lemon-y, which didn't make the fried cutlet taste too rich. It came with mashed potatoes, gravy and veggies. The veggies were your basic steamed veggies, but the dish was overall good. Service was great-server was attentive and the manager came around as well to check on us. I think it would be fun to come here for Oktoberfest, since the inside has a good ambiance.

From the moment we arrived, we sat ourselves at the bar and were warmly welcomed by Cody, who took the time to thoughtfully explain not only the menu but everything the brewery had to offer. You could tell right away that they genuinely care about the experience here. The atmosphere was fun and inviting with free cornhole, free darts, and even dollar pool tables--such a great touch. Bridget jumped in behind the bar as well and was full of personality, great conversation, and positive energy that made the night even better. When the shift changed, we were taken care of seamlessly by another incredible crew: Rebecca, Kirsten, and Kira. Every single person was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. We're visiting from out of town from Los Angeles and had no idea where to go, but we're so glad we chose this place. Even the regular patrons were welcoming and added to the overall great vibe. If we're ever back in town, this will absolutely be a must-visit again. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, our waitress, Carol (older lady with blond curly hair) , was very rude and made us feel uncomfortable. When I asked my friends if they wanted another shot, Carol interrupted and asked, "Who's driving?" We ubered. We had also eaten and were not acting drunk, loud, or causing any problems. It wasn't the question that bothered us--it was the way she asked it and how she spoke to us afterward. Her tone was condescending and made us feel like she thought we were irresponsible and didn't know our own limits. We are all well over 21 and were simply enjoying food and drinks. After snarkily saying, "Let's think about that first.." she walked away and never came back to our table. Angie ended up helping us and checking us out and telling us our waitresses name. Angie was kind, professional, and even apologized for our experience even though none of it was her fault. The rude service from Carol completely ruined what was otherwise a nice night out. We have NEVER been treated this way before at other places. Because of how we were treated, I will not be returning.

I had high hopes for locally brewed beer and Asian cuisine, but nothing really hit the mark. Beer was okay. Lukewarm, and decidedly not crispy nor refreshing. Our group was three and we tried a lot of the food on the menu and nothing really hit. The pickled cucumbers were good. The dumplings (which we were told by our server are handmade) were genuinely flavorless and the wrapper was way too thick and chewy. We tried the pork buns as well, same issue, a serious lack of flavor and seasoning. Pork belly entree was middling, just a flavor profile that didn't work. I had the fried chicken sandwich and it was fried crispy but the sauce and toppings were unmemorable and lacked any kind of punch or umami to speak of. It came with a side of food service fries, which were crispy but served with plain old ketchup. Oh by the way everything is expensive. Starters were $15+ and most entrees, including noodle soups were $20+ which is crazy. Cocktails were $18 and no wine pour less than $16. The only thing cheap is the beer which makes sense because it was mediocre at best. Server brought the check, said "no rush" and then we waited while he sat three tables, brought drinks for three tables and took two food orders. After 15 minutes I took the bill to the till and had him run it in front of me. I still tipped because I'm not that person. Not going back, there's better beer and Asian food elsewhere.
