This isn't the first time I've had an issue in this specific location. Every time I've gone in, I've waited more than 20 minutes and I don't get acknowledged. Today took the cake though because the employees were actively disrespectful to me. When I go into a place, I understand that the drive thru is busy. That doesn't excuse a 30 minute wait for a pickup, employees actively complaining about me being in the store directly in front of me, employees taking personal phone calls while behind the counter, and not being acknowledged until I've been in there for more than 30 minutes. Every time I tried to say something, the employees would walk away from me and look away. I understand the employees are young and I'm willing to be patient to a point but I'm not willing to be ignored and talked about to my face because they can't greet a customer or say "I'm sorry, was there something you needed". I'd give names but, again, I recognize the employees are all children who need to be taught better. This review would've been dramatically different if I'd gotten an apology for my wait, asked if I needed anything, or not been talked about in front of my face. They couldn't even be bothered to be sure that the lids were on properly. My drinks spilled on the ride home because the lids weren't even pushed on, my pretzels were rock hard, and neither drink was made correctly. I will be seeking a refund and will find literally any place else to get a drink. Preferably one where the employees can treat the customers with a bit of respect. read more

Plenty of parking and the store inside is cute and clean for hanging out. Like coming here to this location to grab bubbly treats. I stopped by FiiZ on my first night in town, about an hour before they closed for the night. I have seen FiiZ shops before, but have never had the opportunity to patronize one. I was grateful that they were open a bit later than other soda shops in the area. I rolled up to the drive through and ordered Lime in the Coconut, made with Diet Coke. After a long day of work and travel, it was delicious and much needed. In addition to having oodles of soda options, FiiZ also has various food options, if you're into that. read more

Fiiz is so fun! I have tried the three other dirty soda operations (that I know of) in the valley. This one is my favorite. Not only do they have the largest selection of unique combinations, but they are not as sweet as the other places. They also offer great fruit waters that I buy for my little toddler twins. So what is great here? Well so far everything. My favorite is the good old scotch and soda with Sprite Zero. However, I have also recently become a huge fan of the Audrey Hepburn. The lavender in there is fascinating. Peaches for me and strawberry shortcake are really good if you are in the mood for something creamy. Our favorite fruit water is the raspberry zest but the other two are good as well. The only areas I recommend for improvement is their punch card system. One soda place uses your phone number and that is my favorite system. Fiiz still uses good old fashioned punch cards which are ok but easy to lose and they don't often ask for them so they are also easy to forget about. Also the ordering process is a little tricky. You can't really see the menu from the window if you have forgotten what you want. And the menu is just prior to the window which does not provide any time to look it over before ordering. Finally, because you are right there, the next car can't order until you get your order. Sometimes they have you pull forward to the blue line, but that only allows one more car through. Fiiz, you got a fan. I have only been to this location once and it was literally a ghost town. Probably because I went there at 930 at night. Well that was the best decision because there wasn't anyone in line! I went there with my sister and ordered a DewBerry and a Pretty in Pink with sugar cookies. The DewBerry was so good! I didn't think it was too sweet; it tasted like a tropical punch to me. The sugar cookie was good and I don't like most sugar cookies. It seems the ones I do like come from actual bakeries or drink shops like this one. The blue frosting did turn my lips and tongue blue so there was no hiding that I had one ;) PIP was good as well and I didn't taste the grapefruit at all which what my sister was worried about. I recently tried their hot chocolate with a coconut shot. LOVE. IT. That's how I normally drink my cocoa or Pero. I'll be back. At all the locations. I've been coming here on a regular basis for a little over a year now. I've always had great service so it pains me to write this review. I stopped in today and since the drive thru line was already around the building I decided to go into the store. Usually they greet you as you walk in but I didn't get that this time, which is ok. I stood at the counter/register for about 5 minutes and still wasn't acknowledged. I'm not sure what the person working the register was doing but she had her back to me the whole time. Love love love Fiiz Drinks. The manager at this location is very friendly and helpful (I forgot her name ). I love to get "berry good doctor" and it taste great even with diet soda. "Dewberry" is also a very good drink. They have many options on their menu and I love that they do a loyalty program and for every 12 drinks you get a free drink of any size and a free cookie of your choice. I love their "12 step program" which is their punch card and reward program. After you buy 12 drinks from them you get a free one. This is deliciousness and the Mountain Dew drinks are caffeinated and hydrating with the flavors it is so refreshing. When this location first opened, I loved it and came often. Recently, this location has flopped. The turnover rate seems very high, as there is new people each time ive visited and the past few experiences have been bad. The drinks are inconsistent and the employees are not very friendly. Ive seen many health violations while waiting for my drink, such as someone dropping cups on the ground, picking them up and stocking them, eating near their drink making station in front of customers then going to make drinks without washing their hands, chewing gum while making drinks, etc. The employees here seem very unprofessional and I highly recommend customers find a different location to visit. read more

Just blank faces from the same 3 brown-haired women and nothing kills my appetite than an annoyed face. Went here to try the savory baby pies and the "gourmet cookies". Let me tell ya, I am very very disappointed with everything. In one word everything was STALE! The savory babies tasted like they had been under a warmer all day where the filling was dry and the crust was soggy. I love crust club and I've bought their pies before so I know how well their product can be. I am just disappointed that they have put so much trust in Fiiz. The cookies tasted like they were a good 3 days old. When I think of a cookie I don't think crunchy, stale and tasteless. The frosting on the sugar cookie tasted like pure butter. The pictures I attached with this review hopefully give you insight into how horrible everything was. I excited to have my family try everything and after 1 bite we threw everything I bought out so it was a waste of $16. This is definitely a poor man's swig... Well.. that's putting it at best. Great variety of drinks! They definitely need more staff. Service was super slow and they seemed to pay better attention to the drive through than people in the lobby waiting to order. Price was pretty good. We got two drinks and one was fairly bland. Might have just been the style of drink though (iron port). On their menu: Italian soda, Italian cream soda, Italian cream soda w/whip. I ordered an "Italian cream soda w/ whip." It took the girl 5 times to even enter it in right no matter how many times I said it. Then the guy hands me an Italian soda (no cream) with just whip cream on top. I said "i ordered an Italian cream soda." He said "uh yeah there's whip cream on top mam." I said "yes but, it's supposed to have cream in it and whip cream on top." He says "well uh I can put cream in it," and he was very irritated by me. So I said no nevermind and left. Also my sugar cookie was frozen. This is the newer of the two Fiiz locations that I regularly go to. I think they're still trying to figures some things out so the wait time can be a lot longer. They also seem to have a lot of staff, so there's always new people. Just assuming as I'm watching them trying to figure out what goes into each drink. I get the same thing every time and it's been made wrong twice out of the many times I've been here. Not that huge of a deal but ya know... The service here is great! The whole staff is pretty friendly and helpful when it comes to figuring out what to order. The bar gets pretty crowded and the last bar stool is suuuuuper close to the register where you order so sometimes it's hard to know where to pick up your drink after you have ordered. I went to Fiiz hoping that I would be pleased. Friends have told us they are amazing but they are not. I was in the Drive Thru and there was super slow. I waited in line for a long time so I backed out (I was the last car) and went inside. Then when I was inside I saw only 2 People working. Literally just tried this place for the first time, and I'm disappointed. Almost wish I turned around upon realizing three of the four macarons I bought were hard & probably old (they are supposed to be soft). Only one was soft. I don't feel like going back so I'm writing this in hopes they solve their macaron issue. Also, they were refrigerated (not normal), so even a head's up about the fact that they are would be nice because I wanted to enjoy a fresh tasting treat. In the 3 years that I've been away from Utah, there has been a proliferation of special soda joints around the Beehive State. Fiiz is one that's opened up since I became a Michigander, but I'd heard stories of their cookies, so I decided to stop by for a treat and drink. Props for this location being directly off the 215 Freeway with a drive-thru, because I think that would be the deciding factor for stopping here (rather than the drinks). I loved the peanut butter cookie that I got...soft, chewy, and fresh. But I felt kind of rushed trying to figure out my drink with others behind me in the drive-thru line. I like the layout of the menus at their fizzy competitors. I got a drink called Peaches 4 Me, which was Mountain Dew, peach puree, and cream. It was...just okay. It was more like cloudy Dew, not as sweet as I'd expect with puree-based flavor. There also wasn't enough ice, so the drink didn't stay cold in the insulated cup. I'd be willing to give this place another try, but I would study the menu before stopping so I didn't slow down their regulars in line. read more

I got a coke zero and a sugar cookie, my girls got the ice queen drink and the wiggly worm, a red velvet cookie and a chocolate chip cookie and my husband got an oatmeal cookie (no raisins, yay!) .
