We will hopefully be stopping by here again for lunch on our way home.

It didn't come with any sides, but the price was reasonable, and just the sandwich was enough for me. The inside of the restaurant was very small and cozy. I had planned to go outside when my food came up, but I was so hungry, and it looked so good, I ended up devouring it right there. I barely even had time to snap a pic of half of my sandwich at the "Forever Alone" booth where I was sitting. Staff was friendly and the ambiance was quirky but cute. As a plus, this is a great area to just walk around and explore all the local stores and scenery for a few hours or so. Would def stop by here again if there weren't a million other great sounding places to explore within a quarter-mile radius.

After scanning some yelp reviews, I stumbled upon this place. I walked in and was welcomed with such warmth that I knew I had hit the jackpot. So much so, I spent every single lunch at Nature's Kitchen. The owners, Flannery and Patty (and a special shout out to Cliff) are absolutely exceptional human beings. They are so kind, so lovely, and just radiate love. The food is delicious - HIGHLY RECOMMEND the bacon jalapeno quiche - and everything is homemade, even the dressings! My favorite combo of the week was the bacon jalapeno quiche, a side salad with their homemade balsamic, some chips, and a chocolate chip cookie! To say I was sad to leave Yreka because I would miss out on the best welcoming committee to date, is an understatement.
