Wow, what a gem. I know Ashland is full of great restaurants with amazing food, unique selections and a welcoming ambiance but this place takes the cake. Or should I say the gluten free cookie! In addition to all of the above the service was delightful and extremely attentive. Our server Gio and his team, Amy and Alana were equally interesting and incredibly knowledgeable about the area. This is the place to come and soak in Ashland and all of its delights. Don't come here expecting fast food or a quick pick up before your curtain call. Go to Burrito Republic for that. This is where you come for crafted drinks and artisanal plates to savor and relish. Can't recommend enough. Live music - check for times. Dogs especially welcome!

Everything they make is gluten free! And they accommodate other allergies too

I had the beef kebab salad and the cacao elixir. My sister had the eggs and toast. The flavors popped in your mouth and made you want to keep relishing each bite. They were super slammed when we went in around noon on a Thursday and that speaks for itself! The owner never lost her cool and handled each person just as kindly as the next. The decor is very simple and modern with some Fun photos of chickens and the inside of their handmade chocolates. All the food is organic and regenerative! I'm blown away! They have parking and an outside, covered seating area. I even bought a loaf of their gluten free sourdough despite baking my own at home, I'm on a trip and wanted some!

Winding down my visit with the kids before returning to Portland required two stops here barely 4 hours apart. My daughter said it was new & wanted to try since she lives just up the hill. When your staff provided a beautiful description of your fried chicken, we came back just for that. Loved the comfy & cozy nature, seeing the meal prep in the open and the beautiful touches in tableware & food presentation, quality I would recommend to anyone visiting Ashland. Will be back! That orange blossom French Toast & saffron whipped cream on a pistachio brownie turned into the perfect shareable brunch. Thank you!

Such flavorful, fresh, and exciting food! You can even take your non-celiacs here, everything is so good.

Cute little space with five indoor tables and outside seating as well. Plenty of parking, too.

New place we discovered on this trip to Ashland. Molasses lemonade is excellent, for example. And the baked goods are delicious looking. Lots of people here demonstrating interest and satisfaction. Staff is very accommodating, helpful, and kind. Love giving local businesses like this our patronage!

Wow - far and away this is the best new restaurant in Ashland - freshly baked gluten-free bread, pastries and cookies and other treats every morning, including the best blueberry muffins, "gulab jamun" (donut holes but better) and wonderful pistachio cardamom cookies - which sell out really quickly every day. Amazing coffee and chai bar, house made flavors and all natural, locally sourced ingredients- the avocado toast has already become a favorite for brunch, and the kebab sliders are delicious. Bonus - artisanal chocolates you can mix and match!! Lovely indoor and outdoor seating, great service and friendly ambience. A must-visit spot whether you live in the area or are visiting Ashland.

We showed up at 5 and were greeted by the same fabulous woman as last time. You just know that someone that kind and welcoming would not own a place she wasn't rightfully proud of. She sets the tone and all the employees carry it through the entire meal. We chose to try the patio tonight and it was cozy yet open, darker with a couple of fire lights around the room. Intimate. Some of the tables are separated by live plants in planter boxes. We loved it. We started with the beets (with shaved fennel pieces and a citrus vinaigrette with a tahini yogurt sauce on the bottom) and burrata (with grilled pieces of bread and sugar snap peas and capers) appetizers - both were delicious. Randy wanted to try another of their off menu drinks. We can't remember what this drink is called but it's not on the menu and has some Mai tai mix and orange bitters ... like a mock Mai tai spritzer. Delicious - Randy had two! I got the mushroom bolognese - so good. It's home made (!) bucatini pasta with a mushroom (cremini, oyster and shiitake) and san Marzano tomato sauce with burrata on top. I love mushrooms but Randy does not and he loved this dish. The mushrooms taste meaty. Randy ordered the Carbonara again and it was also delicious. We also got an order of garlic bread this time and wow. We each have half of our dinners left, lucky us. We shared the creme brûlée which came with a lavender short bread cookie. Perfect. Everything was perfect. The place was packed and all employees were calm and efficient and friendly. Can't wait to go back!

Ambiance is perfect. Cocktails are awesome. The only thing we have yet to try is their desserts, only because we are always too full by the end of the meal. Highly recommend Cocorico!
