I was also suspicious bc when I looked at the phone's interior parts, they all looked used and dirty. When I went to show them what had happened the just denied everything, told me they did apply adhesive (lie) and told me they wouldn't repair it unless I paid for it. They are the worst! Never again! In it stores several hundred gigabytes worth of images in ``tiff'' format, recorded during experiments that will take months to reproduce the set-up. Various attempts were made by several hard drive recovery companies that are recommended by online evaluation websites. Despite the hefty price tag on a successful recovery, all of them declared inability to recover the needed data from the hard drive. The severity of the hard drive damage is obvious.
