So i researched online what to do and a lot of the results I got back mentioned about the ink cartridges when they dry up they can mess up the printerhead. So i decided to buy new ink and replaced all of the colors & the black ink. It didn't work. So when I called they quoted me that to come over to my place and give a "diagnosis" or basically to just tell me what was wrong with my computer would be in the $80.00s which is nuts!
