He talked to us about our skin concerns and offered a lot of advice on their products. You could tell that Drew loves working here and helping others. The soaps and candles here are handcrafted in this shop and make great souvenirs to take home to friends and family or for yourself. My husband bought and is currently using their soaps for shaving, and I have a candle in my home office. The items aren't cheap, but they are a good value for a local, handmade product. Drew also gave us some coupons to use on the website in case we want to order more products in the future. We love coming to local shops like this when we travel, so we'll be back the next time we're in Asheville.

I just love the more rustic, wood decor of the other. But this location still has so many delicious honey varietals to choose from! They have their own locally sourced honey including Sourwood and Wildflower, and some sourced varieties from out of state, including Tupelo from Florida and the Chicory and Meadowfoam from the Pacific NW. They even carry Lehua from Hawaii and Fireweed from Alaska! There's also infused flavors like coffee, ghost pepper, chai, lavender, vanilla bean, and more. And the best part? You can try them all! My 12/30/14 visit was no different, except that once I was ready to pay, I stood there several minutes while an older lady was reading something behind the register. Never looking up or acknowledging me. Finally, another older lady approaches and proceeds to wait on me. The first lady says to the other "she calls in more than she works" and then they proceed to chat about the apparent fellow employee... completely unprofessional.
