When I actually needed service, the tow was refused because the vehicle was considered commercial/oversized. This is a serious issue because I relied on the information given in person. If AAA cannot tow certain vehicles, staff should clearly explain the limitations instead of giving incorrect assurances. I'm now left dealing with a situation that could have been avoided with accurate information upfront.

Again, for the record I have never had a house claim in over 35+ years with your company. Never had a business claim for liability or workmen's comp even on a national level with your company. Never been late with a payment, never had a lap of coverage etc. You would think that would mean something to the new generation of Ramanciti's. You give me your high importance email nothing. They were rude, unhelpful, and broke the law by contacting me. Despite my pleads for help, they hung up on me. If they are unethical in one way they are unethical in every way.
