Like many other businesses, Grooming Magic has to close abruptly due to the COVID-19 pandemic. They were great about keeping those of us with canceled bookings in the loop about reopening dates and called us as soon as they had firm dates to reschedule our dog's appointment. They've implemented a full set of controls to reduce the risk of transmission, including requiring a check or exact change for payment to limit contact. The staff at Grooming Magic know that pets are family members and they are exceedingly good to those families who trust them with their animals. When we had a death in the family a number of years ago they squeezed us in for a last-minute appointment and they were kind enough to send flowers. What pet groomer does that? Grooming Magic, that's who!

It was a mob scene in there. The front desk girls were extremely rude, and met the groomer briefly and she seemed ok. Given it was a Saturday I gave them the benefit of the doubt and made an appointment for both my dogs to be groomed the next day. Just picked up my dogs, and they seemed ok at first and looked ok, yet they just wanted to get out of there! But as I was taking a closer look in the car, I noticed one had a bleeding paw and the other dog had a cut on her paw because she cut the fur on their paws so short, what a hack job! Besides the uneven cutting, they have shave marks on their faces, and she cut off all their whiskers! Never again will I go here.. Very disappointed! If I could give 0 stars I would. What a waste of $85!

Then Millie came back with a poodle (my dog is a Rottweiler) and insisted it was the same dog for half an hour before finally admitting there was a mixup up. But when she came back all there was in her arms was a lizard! Then started yelling for my dear dog back but she called security and I was thrown in the dust with nothing but a lizard. ( of course I kept it; it was a sick lizard)
