First, they are great at communicating. Easy to get a hold of someone, easy to schedule, and I felt very confident in the service throughout the process until obviously the end result. I was first told a different price when quoted than what was on my invoice and told that I would get two experienced cleaners to get the job done in a timely and thorough manner. Wendy did explain to me the change in service amount and all that was included in what I was getting and I was happy and expectant to have a great job done. Only one gentleman arrived on scheduled time and I was also informed he was new to the team. SUPER nice nothing wrong him at all. I called to ask about the second cleaner and was told he would do the same job in the same amount of time. Now our house is perfectly clean and updated. We are just moving in and wanted a bit of a deep clean as the counters were dusty, ledges, mirrors, hardware, just little details. But on entering, you would never think it needed a cleaning unless you ran your finger across for dust. When we got back-the only thing that had been done was the floors. Quite literally the floors are the only we paid $130 for, which the floors were already clean and we could have easily mopped ourselves. A deep clean of bathrooms was supposed to be included and LITERALLY nothing was touched. Counters had not been wiped. Sink was already spotless so not even anything to do. Showers not touched, glass and mirrors not touched. Everything straight forward not even looked at. Kitchen not touched. No wiping down of anything. I am 8 months pregnant so the whole point of this was so I would not have to bend down to do these kind of things myself. We had the easiest house, no ceiling fans, no hard to clean areas, the house was already clean, it just needed a deep sanitize and at least a wipe down. We are disappointed and will not be using the services again. Nothing wrong with paying the price, it's that we did not get what was supposed to be included or even close. I could have done the mopping of my floors on my own. My house looks and is exactly the same as when we left. My only recommendation to the company, as they did offer to fix the situation and have the gentleman come back-it is pretty awkward to have the same one person come back and/or to trust he would even do it correctly when he already had spent two hours simply doing the floors when we needed that two hours doing the other items that were supposed to be included in the service. Again he was very nice but my home looked the same and I don't want to watch and tell someone how to do their job if he were to come back and just made me feel uneasy. I told him the same information when we left for the cleaning so it seems odd that they wouldn't have someone more "experienced" come fix this and send me back the new person that did not do it correctly the first time.

Disappointing and Unprofessional (and kind of scary) Experience…read more I don't take leaving negative reviews lightly--especially as a small business owner myself--but I feel obligated to share our experience in hopes of helping others make an informed decision. I should have read reviews before hiring him. We hired Chris to pressure wash our cement and patio furniture. After a walk-through, he quoted us $380 and confirmed he could do the job. He had to reschedule twice, which we were understanding about. However, on the day of the service, he showed up late and didn't begin working until 45 minutes past the scheduled time. When he arrived, he told us he didn't have the right machine and that his helper wasn't coming. I offered to reschedule so he could return properly equipped, but he declined and insisted on proceeding. He then asked my husband and me to help move the patio furniture--something we were not expecting, especially since we were quoted for a two-person job and simply didn't have the time to assist. After he left (without checking in), I noticed several areas that hadn't been cleaned properly. I texted him, and to his credit, he came back. But instead of addressing the missed spots calmly, he became defensive and gave a long technical explanation about why the stains wouldn't come out. He then tried to upsell me on a costly treatment to fix the problem--something that, in my opinion, should have been included or discussed up front. I politely let him know I was disappointed with the experience. I also let him know I was able to get the stains out myself with mildew spray, brush and a hose. In response, he became increasingly aggressive via text, at one point asking me, "What's your complex?!" It escalated to the point that I had to block him--and then he began texting my husband. We were honestly a bit concerned for our safety by the end of the interaction. This experience was unprofessional from start to finish, and we left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and taken advantage of.
