This place have awful service, will charge your card fraudulently and their work is awful. Everything was awful. I'm filing a credit card dispute for the $12 they were supposed to credit back and for the gel fill in that's already peeling, I went on Sunday. I'm going to find a way to petition them out of our community. I've heard nothing but bad things about them but gave them a try. Extremely disappointed. STAY AWAY AND NEVER USE A CARD!!!

Sooo I'm the last 3 weeks I've gotten 2 sets of nails and pedi totaling $250 not including tip... 1st time my nails lasted a week. 2nd time "Owner" Michele did them her saying "I will make pretty for you!!! That was Saturday today is Wednesday I drove 20 mins to get them fixed she shaved them down to the point you can't notice the Ombré and wants to charge me $20 to change the color because Michelle "THE OWNER" fucked up my nails!!!! Mimi takes all of the stress out of my nail appointments. I am very picky about my nails and I like to try different things. She is a great nail tech who doesn't complain when I bring in pictures of designs I want to try from instagram. She doesn't get upset or complain and is always enthusiastic about trying something new. She is never in a rush to get you out of the way and takes her time and makes sure you are happy with your service. I would highly recommend. read more

This place was horrible. I usually get shellac on my nails the lady in the shop did not know how to remove the shellac gel on my nails. It took her forever & she kept burning my nails with the little power drill. I work in the ER so my nails have to stay short. She's trying to upgrade me to get nails added. I explained to her I can't wear acrylics at work after that, service really went down hill even more. She didn't buff or smooth out my nails when applying shellac it was messy had to be removed and wasted half my evening. I had to leave with just clear polish on my nails. The pedicure was just ok(done by a different person) I will never go back. read more

Josh, who many seem to like, is extremely overrated in my opinion. The color I asked for was all wrong and he shaped my nails an ugly rectangle shape rather than coffin. They came out nothing like what I showed him and all my ideas were "ugly" or wasn't available. He was adamant about doing what HE wanted to do. I saw his dad doing another lady's nails and they were soooo BEAUTIFUL. If I come back here, I will let his dad do my nails..... I'm only giving 2 stars because his mom did my lashes and they came out nice. The only reason I came here was because my regular nail tech was out of town and I was in an emergency. UPDATE: I AM WRITING THIS UPDATE AND GIVING THE BUSINESS A 1 STAR BECAUSE 2 OF MY NAILS HAVE BROKEN IN LESS THAN A WEEK. TERRIBLE! read more

I only came to this establishment for nail tech Josh. Today i got into a mixup thinking my nail appointment was at 4 today but it was actually at 1. Anyways I walk in at 4:24 which obviously if my appointment was at 4 that's hella late but I knew that. This Asian lady asks me what I'm there for and i tell her I'm here for josh and she asks me if i have an appointment i say yes and then she goes "what?" then points to his directions and tells me "go over there". I'm short tempered so she's lucky she didn't get smacked. I understand half this situation was my fault but there is no reason for that lady to be rude to potential customers. I like Josh but after this i will not be returning. I don't do well with bitter energy. read more

Super disappointed! If you need a quick something then this is the place! My pedi mani was RUSHED!! Be careful to listen cause they will "offer" services and will try to charge w/o your consent. I went and got a pedicure and the service was terrible. The lady cut my toe twice and the next day it became infected. I went back up there for them to remove the acrylic from them big toe that she cut and they did not want to remove it. Once they did finally remove it, they refused to paint it to match the ones that were just done the day before! NEVER AGAIN read more

I have been going here for a couple of years and it's always a hit or miss with them. They love to upsell but customer is not a priority. I had to stop going recently and find a new nail salon because lately they don't even polish neatly. My nails always lift after a week which resulted in different nails having fungus on them not cool. Josh is really good with designs but I always avoid him because he's big on up selling but doesn't back his work. I would recommend Neer if you do decide to go he's always pretty neat and does a good job. read more

Don't come here ! I spent $55 on nails that started to pop off 1 day after getting them !!!! One day !! Within a week I'm missing 5 nails !!!! This has to be the worst nail salon I've ever been to. I called them on Friday to tell them and they told me to come back to fix them then I came back and they refused . Save your money and go somewhere else. I can't believe it! I look like I've been in a fight and I lost most of my nails by putting on my shoes. read more

I went to fine nails a month ago for the first time and got a full set by Josh. I didn't want rhinestones after agreeing to them he assured me none would come off and I shouldn't have to come back for fill until 3/4 weeks. They start falling off the very next day. Then the next week my nails start lifting so I went back within 2 weeks to get a fill. After the fill my nails start to crack on the side from them not being filled properly I was very upset because this nail shop is is more expensive then most BUT THE QUALITY IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!! He then said after fixing the cracked nails if I had any more problems he would give me 20% off the second week my nails were all lifting so I decided to go back and have him remove the whole set. Good nails is when they last a FULL TWO weeks or more without any issues. I've never in my life been to a nail shop every freaking week after getting a set or fill until now. Each time I went there was always other women coming in complaining about the same issues I was having. If you want your nails to look cute for a few days try them out otherwise I would never recommend this nail shop to anyone. read more

Rio I've been to…read morethis plaza dozens of times and never noticed this place. They opened the doors at 9am and checked me in for my 9:20 appointment. I only saw two other customers while there, but maybe they just aren't as busy in the morning. There's a sign on the door saying masks are required, but no other Covid precautions. No hand sanitizer, no seats marked to not use for social distancing, and no mention of "6 feet. On either side of the door are two seats, and on another wall is a couch. At any point, there was only one person sitting in there with me so if appointments are staggered maintaining distance shouldn't be an issue. The one bathroom is larger than I expected with a standing shower. They have the paper towel dispenser with the stuff that feels almost like bathroom tissue and tears each time you tug on it, so you have to pull multiple times to get an amount that will actually dry your hands, but you never get that amount, and after trying ten times you have almost enough pieces of it to wipe your nose, and end up just wiping your hands on your shirt. Fortunately I didn't have to go through this because I couldn't get a grip on the few centimeters of tissue sticking out of the opening. There are about six or seven treatment rooms and some appear to have a tinted glass wall. I had Samantha do my full body wax and vajacial. She directed me to a room and asked that I undress only from the waist down, which I thought was a little strange since I was getting a full body wax. I undressed but had nothing to cover myself with and the exposure made me uncomfortable. I put my jacket over me and I'm glad I did. The table I was lying on is right in front of the door. There was no curtain or standing privacy screen, although there are privacy screens standing outside of the bathroom. Each time the door opened anyone walking by could have seen too much of me; and Samantha had to go out a few times. Since I was in the first room anyone headed to a room had to walk by this room. She started from my legs and worked her way up with a roll-on wax stick. I appreciate that she didn't pause to remind me that pain was coming. She just ripped sections off one right after another, and it was over soon enough. She gripped the strip well enough that it came off in one motion. I have coarse, thick 4C hair and there's always some that will not succumb to wax. She was thorough; waxing over some places twice before getting the hairs with tweezers. She got everything! Including the landing strip that I forgot to ask be left behind because I'm use to being asked how much I'd like taken off. My armpits were done with melted wax on a wooden spatula. She finished by applying Vitamin E to the waxed areas. Samantha left the room and came back with a rolling cart for the vajacial. She rubbed something cold on me, which was a welcomed relief. It was the consistency of a thick liquid face wash. She did a gentle scrub before wiping it off spreading on a green mask, who's chill was also welcomed. It smelled like tea tree oil. Samantha turned on the steamer (that felt nice) and stepped out for about ten minutes to let the mask sit. She lifted it off in one, putty-like sheet, then used a paper towel to scrub off the little that stuck to me. When she said she was done, I was wondering about waxing the top half of my full body. I learned that "full body" includes legs, bikini, butt, and underarms. So back, arms, and face would be separate. A little sad since I recently discovered that I have a mustache, which I then asked her to wax. I paid and was on my way. My stomach sank each time she had to open the door while I'm there without pants. That really bothered me. The rest of the experience was as expected. Everything is baby bottom smooth.

I have literally been drinking a glass of wine and eating a charcuterie board while getting waxed just fine. This woman just covered large areas with wax and ripped them off to save time and get me out the door. When I was all bruised, she tried to blame it on me shaving. No. It's only been 4 months since my last wax and I only shaved once in between. Ive had waxes in the past after a year of shaving and never had any damage. My skin is not sensitive in the slightest. Stay away from this place. It's honestly the McDonald's of waxing salons. Spend an extra $10 and go to a real aesthetician who takes care of you.

I had a very unpleasant and concerning experience at this business. The staff displayed unprofessional behavior, including being rude and dismissive towards clients. Additionally, I found their pricing practices to be misleading. Despite inquiring about the cost of services beforehand, the price tripled midway through the appointment without clear explanation. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested to stop the service, the nail technician appeared to intentionally cut my skin with the drill. Afterward, I had to wait for the owner to finish the service. However, the owner came directly from another client without washing her hands or using sanitized tools. During my visit, I noticed several unsanitary practices, including the use of metal foot files on multiple clients without proper sanitization and no visible evidence of clean tools being used. There were also no visible licenses displayed, and when I asked for the technician's name, they refused to provide it. This experience was not only unsanitary but also potentially hazardous to my health, especially considering the open wound on my finger. I am considering filing a formal complaint and seeking advice on whether a police report is warranted regarding the injury I sustained. read more
