The regular lady who waxed me left the company so I was forced to use a stranger my last time before I move so I decided to go to the location closest to me instead of the Cobb locations. Located in Decatur off of Church St in a busy plaza with plenty of parking and several restaurants in case you get hungry after your services I hate having to go to a new person and hoping that they will not cause me any unnecessary pain. I have been waxing on and off for almost 10 years now. I've been to various salons and private aestheticians that work in their own homes also. My waxing lady, who runs a salon in her home, recently moved about an hour from me and I was in dire need of a wax. Because my lady told me she used to work at this chain, and she's so amazing, I thought that all the ladies would be the same. Absolutely not. I booked a Brazilian (30 min) and inner leg (15min). I should've had 45 minutes total but instead they had me out in 15 minutes battered and bruised. Note: I have never bruised or bled or even yelped in pain in all the 30+ waxes I've received in my life. I have literally been drinking a glass of wine and eating a charcuterie board while getting waxed just fine. This woman just covered large areas with wax and ripped them off to save time and get me out the door. When I was all bruised, she tried to blame it on me shaving. No. It's only been 4 months since my last wax and I only shaved once in between. Ive had waxes in the past after a year of shaving and never had any damage. My skin is not sensitive in the slightest. Stay away from this place. It's honestly the McDonald's of waxing salons. Spend an extra $10 and go to a real aesthetician who takes care of you. read more

I've been waxing off and on (back on for a while now). The people at this location are very nice, great seeming people. The facility looks like all the others in this chain. However, that's where the similarity ends from my experience at this location. It was the most painful wax that I've ever had. The aesthetician kept looking for other things to blame for the pain, but none of them were relevant to me. I have a very high pain tolerance and have never shrieked while getting waxed, but I did this time. Unfortunately, I just don't think she had as much experience as I'm usually used to getting service from. I'll stick to the Midtown and Buckhead location moving forward. read more

Today was my 1st time going to this location, I normally go to the one in midtown. I decided to go to this location due to the location of my job assignment today & Atlanta traffic is horrible. My experience was really good. I made my appointment same day, the receptionist was welcoming, & KAYLA was absolutely amazing from start to finish! I recently moved from Miami Beach. I have been looking for my go to wax place. After a not so great experience at European wax spa I decided to try Brazilian wax by Andreia and I am so glad I did! I had the most amazing experience. I did the full body and the price is very reasonable! The place is meticulously clean, never double dipped and was almost painless. I felt extremely comfortable with staff! As previously mentioned I had a really bad experience at European wax spa (The woman took off a big chunk of my eyebrow.) After noticing the specialist's beautiful brows I decided to also do my brows. I am so happy I did!!! She completely changed my face and for the better. She is heaven sent! I would say I highly recommend seeing Tiara! This was my second time going to this location in a year time frame because I don't live in Georgia and she did a really good job. I called the day before my appointment and the schedule was pretty open and flexible. On the day of my appointment I arrived late but they were still able to see me. I wore a mask and it is required to enter. I was greeted with a smile and there was not a long wait time. Once I signed in they took my temperature and had me sign a waiver that I had not been sick or anyone I've been around. Tiara was personable and was easy to talk to. I went in for my second service (brazilian sugaring) at this Wax by Andreia location this past Saturday and the lady who conducted the sugaring burnt my labia. I noticed it the first day but figured I was just red and sore because I have sensitive skin. Three days later and the burn has hardened and looks like it will scar. I'm very disappointed in this service. It took a lot longer than my usual sugaring. I guess I will go back to my usual place in Virginia Highlands. read more

So I've tried this place three times, three different waxers and each time something was wrong. The first time i got a lot of ingrowns. The second time the waxer was great but i bruised (which has never happened in my 12+ years of waxing). This last time the waxer was super nice and quick but left lots of hair. I got the full body and my hair was plenty long enough but there was lots of Brazilian hairs left along with leg hairs and quite a bit of actual wax left as well. Also the full body includes a lip wax which i read on the website later and i did not receive that. And then the cashapp codes for tipping confused me and i sent to the wrong person (similar name). So i called three times since my appointment on 3/29- no answer, left one voicemail and also requested contact via the website so i could maybe come back in to get my wax finished and correct the tipping issue but i have gotten NO reply. I went to Brazilian wax today and associate did a good job on my full body. She even did my chin. Now, I will beginning to learn how wax for myself. I would love to come every 6 weeks to my full body done. Plus it cost $60.00 dollars to get a full body. It has been a long time getting thing waxed. But I am glad I choose this place. Ibe tried to give this location grace, I've been burnt once & now I've been charged $93 dollars for a Brazilian + thigh wax.. I've never been charged over $45 for this service & I always tip. It just wasn't clean enough. The room was tight and untidy. The wax bowl looked disgusting with dried old wax. The lady brought wax in a cup from another room. They didn't clean the area before or after. Just used baby powder. I left with sticky wax on my private area and in my clothes. They definitely need a cleaning expert. I've never seen a wax salon so filthy. It felt gross. It's unacceptable. read more

The staff is amazing , Great customer service. I've tried this place twice &' The BRAZILIAN wax was horrible at the end. I understand some people have different ways they do their wax but house keeping needs to be on the same page. Depending on who you get , they may wipe the area or just put baby powder on area then start waxing . That's a no no . The proper way I'm used to is the person cleaning whatever area you get waxed then put powder on to absorb wetness then wax. It makes the process smoother from my experience. Also when your done they do not wipe the area after the wax meaning you are still sticky and have wax on you, Neither do they put serum on you. After they wax you, your supposed to wipe over the area and put serum on after or some type of oil. I'm sorry but I rather pay quality then quantity. European wax center has my vote for best waxing. Not to mention the lady cut me under my buttocks area &' Didn't even apologize. She played it off like &' Was like you have a cut. Duhhhh , B***h , You just cut me. Freshly cut, There's no way around that. The LEAST you can do is apologize. read more
