I got the pot stickers and the shrimp and lobster lunch special. I was recommended this place but it was so bland! The lady who took my order was nice. The food was ready quickly and was nice and hot. The pot stickers tasted store bought. They didn't have much flavor and were tiny. The sauce that came with it was good but a little too concentrated. The shrimp and lobster sauce had zucchini in it, which was interesting. I didn't care for the flavor of the broth and the whole dish was really bland. Nothing had flavor! There was a decent amount of shrimp in there but there were too many mushrooms. The egg roll was really bad and so was the sauce. The sauce tasted old. The egg roll had a funny aftertaste, I took one bite and immediately pawned it off. I love egg rolls so I was surprised. I wouldn't try this place again. I always try to get two dishes to compare but these two entrees are enough for me. I'm sticking to Lucky China for now! read more

After reading a fellow Yelpers Review about this place. It's the best Chinese food in Southbay. I ordered delivery and it came quickly food was hot and flavorful. This is going to be my new go to. Can't wait to get to eat in the restaurant. The food is wonderful ordered the garlic broccoli. And Kung pow chicken and order of vegetable spring rolls everything was awesome exceeded all expectations. Very excited to try more items on the menu. Update tried the combination chow fun it was awesome.I recently just tried the four-star Kung Pao. Absolutely delicious. Honestly three stars is incredibly generous, because the food wasn't just bad, it was weird. We threw away leftovers. The extra stars are because the owner was lovely. The staff was pleasant. At least the hot and sour soup was ok. But the orange chicken was absolutely terrible as there was no chicken, just skin and gristle, and that was dry and disgusting. There was a slice of mandarin orange on top the dish, but otherwise no orange flavor. My wife and I tried a couple of pieces thinking we'd gotten a couple of lousy pieces, but I peeled the breading off more and they were all bad. So we just threw out the order. Returned to try something other than fried rice. The egg flower soup is great! But keep in mind, I don't order out seeking spice or salt thrill. I also ordered the shrimp with lobster sauce which is shrimp, mushrooms, water chestnuts and snow peas in egg flower soup. Once you're done with it, you just pour it into the soup for leftovers. :) I opted for the $1 wonton add on for the soup and they include 3 wonton which are well flavored and well worth it. Chicken with veg had somehow taken on the taste of the plastic or had attained some sort of bitterness. Will pass on that one. Service is great here. Please support! read more

My go to spot in the South Bay for Chinese take-out. Love that it's a mom and pop shop. The lady working the front is exceptional - always super friendly, smiling and appears to really appreciate the business. They are always on time with their orders and food is hot and fresh. I typically get the general tso's chicken which is top notch for Chinese take-out. I've asked them to make it extra spicy before and she offered to include extra spicy sauce containers so that I could add the level of heat to my discretion; super cool and accommodating. We've tried a couple different things here and have never been disappointed. My wife asked once for tofu lo mein which wasn't on the menu and they had no problem with making this substitution. Overall, my go to Chinese take-out spot in the South Bay with consistently solid food and amazing people. Always happy with the food and to support a local place. read more

It was good but hasn't been my favorite. But the meat is nice and hot and tender. -[CHOW MEIN] was absolutely delicious to me. Its perfect! It was nice and hot.. wet .. just the way I like it. Fine Wok is located in small shopping plaza on PCH with minimal parking. Currently, they do not have dine-in but offer to-go orders over the phone and through Yelp. This place works quickly-- I ordered the combination chow mein and pork chow fun and it was ready 15 mins before the estimated pick time stated on Yelp. I love that the staff cares for their customers-- they gave me a call to let me know my order was ready early because they were worried the food would get cold before we could come pick it up, and stocked up our bag with napkins, utensils, and sauces. What I appreciate most about this place is that they really load you up, the to go boxes are stuffed to the top and there's no random extra veggies to take up space in there, just the meat and noodles. Got the salt and pepper fish , which I loved. The vegetable lo mein was tasty and not overly salty. I can't speak for the orange chicken but my daughter ate most of it and didn't complain (so that's pretty huge). And the spring rolls were just ok. But I'm not really a spring rolls kinda gal.
