WAIT--HANG ON... I forgot that I recently missed my epilepsy meds for five days. I have Simple Partial Seizures WITH OLFACTORY HALLUCINATIONS (Weird, I know! ) emanating from the Temporal Lobe. So although I found my misplaced meds and began taking them again last night, who knows--maybe it's me! So I'll put this sandwich in the fridge, check it out again tomorrow, and update my review either way. Then again, when I last had a major episode with nauseating olfactory hallucinations, the sandwich I got from the store on PCH and Normandie made me feel better AND tasted great, so...??? --- Ordered a turkey sandwich with smashed avocado. Smashed avocado was barely present and gooped up only in the center (left to right) of the sandwich. But even worse than that, everything tasted like tuna whichO don't want to be mixed with my turkey AND a hint of hot sauce, which I can't stand! Did they not use a clean spatula when spreading the mayonnaise? Was the turkey meat stored in a tuna container? What's the deal? I was too lazy to go back and ask them to remake my sandwich, but it's really irritating. I will not be going back there again. I should've gone to the one at Pacific Coast Highway & Normandy because they always give consistently excellent service and food. I went to this location because I could order ahead. I will not be doing that anymore! The one at Pacific Coast Highway & Normandy does not allow ordering ahead for some weird reason, but I should have because I always go there, and they always give consistently excellent service and food. Went there after a long day at work super exhausted but Yigani was super helpful, friendly with making suggestions. My husband even called on speakerphone to help with the order and she remembered every ingredient that he wanted on a sandwich.!!! Very kind along with her coworker as well. They were great. One of the best subway sandwiches I've ever had. All the veggies were crunchy and fresh, bread was nicely toasted, and cheeses and meats were fresh and delicious. Nice young man Yahir greeted us kindly and made our sandwiches with precision and care. He was very patient with me changing my mind and all of my request. He did it all with a smile on his face. It's great to see kids who work hard these days and are polite and respectful and efficient. The store was clean and had just been mopped. This was a quick stop for me once upon a time. I was on my way to meet a friend, and stopped by here to get two sandwiches. It was lunch time, but this place was not too packed. I ordered a grilled chicken and a meatball marinara. I got my sandwiches relatively quickly, paid, and was out the door. Once I sat down to eat lunch with my buddy, we found the sandwiches to be pretty good. I lucked out, as the ingredients were fresher that day than most other Subway locations. The staff here was pretty chill, too. The store was clean, and it provided a good, albeit quick, experience. read more

Stop at this location from time-to-time. What I especially like about this location is the stamp card program they have here 8 stamps = free classic 6" or 12 stamps = free classic footlong. Music selection in dining area could be better but that's the least of my worries. Overall, not bad. Nice friendly morning crew. read more

What happened to this place? Used to be the best Subway in town. Maybe they just treat online orders bad. I ordered several more ingredients. They put less ingredients and my sandwich looked very thin. I mean, starting with the meat it was so little. Few bites of protein... Ever since this location first opened, I've been a customer here. Depending on who's making your sandwich, they are usually good. Today I ordered a foot-long tuna sandwich, done deluxe. In complete honesty, deluxe really isn't that much. The girl who made my sandwich today was super friendly but when I asked for extra olives, she grabbed just a few pieces. I could literally count how many pieces she put extra. I don't ask for many vegetables or condiments on my sandwich, so if I request extra you'd think I'd actually get extra. I had to ask for extra peppers and olives three times. Simply ridiculous! Otherwise, this location is pretty good. My sandwiches have been done better then today. The cookies are always baked fresh and I know before they used to give a card and stamp for each 6 inches purchase. Not sure if they still do that? . read more

Manager is rude and won't stamp the sandwich card for their promo even though I eat there almost every day after 12 times you get a free sandwich. But apparently they have two different stamps now but they've been stamping me on the wrong one manager is rude and obnoxious can't even stamp the card even though others were stamping it wrong and it's their mistake. read more

I always get my mobile orders here. Today I was in a little bit of a rush and my order was maybe just a few minutes late. They were pretty busy. However, the lady that was helping me at the Subway was very nice and professional and even put a cookie in my bag that says thank U on it and that made all the difference. Can I leave a one star? Honestly, i've never liked this location. Not because of the service, but because of the food, its kind of always made me sick-ish? but today sucked in particular. A friend and I came and ordered two sandwiches. God, the cheese wasn't even the kind she asked for, but the person barely put any cheese on, she was really rude to us, and kept scoffing at us. Like thanks? She barely put any mayo on mine and a such little ranch on hers, and when we asked for more she acted put out. Was it because of my neat alien hoodie? Was it because of me in pajamas? there's a worker there named nathann . He's very kind , outgoing and he's a very hard worker . I walked in and ordered and he always made sure to double check if that's what I wanted and I reassured him it was . He made my food very well , neatly and how I wanted it . He left his work area very clean and picked up after himself . He made me feel welcomed and greeted me with a positive attitude . Whoever he is , shows great leadership and should definitely be manager or a team lead if he isn't already . I will definitely go back again and hope to run into him . Wow! I have never been so frustrated with trying to understand what the person making my sandwich was trying to say to me. I won't go into the specifics, but when I, the customer, requests SEVERAL TIMES that someone else help me because of the huge language barrier, you should just do it. Acting clueless not know what I'm saying, and I can't understand even ONE WORD of what you are saying, thus creating more frustration for both of us and everyone else in the facility makes no sense at all! I give it a 3 stars because the manager think she owns the place, ordered through the app so it can be "fast lane" experience and so I wouldnt have to wait in line. Ordered my sandwiches at 10:40 said to pick them up at 11:05. Went there got in the "express pickup" lane and they tell me theyre not ready that theres people waiting to get their sandwiches too. I dont know whos fault it is, the apps fault for giving a promising time or the staff who are slow af! Like if making sandwiches was a mathematical problem. Super staff? I work across the street and have gone here over three years, so let me speak from experience. The staff is rude. I hardly ever get a friendly smile, and im a regular. There is a lot of spanish being spoken, sometimes as im ordering, between employees. Its rude to someone like me who doesnt speak the language to not even know why im being interupted as I order. Other then that, they keep the fans on high and it's freezing in there. Not horrible, but I now spend the extra three minutes to drive up Sepulveda to an actually nice staff. read more

I only come to this location because i'm a card holder. Buy any sandwich footlog and get my card stamped. After 12 stamps get a footlong sub FREE. This is the only location that i know of that has the card offer. read more

Small seating area but the store seems to be kept very clean and tidy. Workers were nice and welcoming and even gave a free cookie with a cute note on it. They also have their own rewards card. The bread was soft/fresh which is a big plus, for some reason most subways are hit and miss, I've gotten bread that doesn't taste fresh but that was not my experience here. I just sat down to eat my sandwich and I looked slightly o the right and saw this older lady washing her denture teeth in the fountain soda machine. I got up at told the employees what the lady was doing. All they did was look and did nothing or say anything. I literally lost my appetite. Sooooo discussing. Will not be eating here again.
