If it wasn't for Steve's attention to detail, my sister wouldn't have her car at college in another state. You may bring in your car for one problem and Steve makes sure everything is running smoothly and reliably. He checks everything out. My sister, mother, myself and our friends make this our main mechanic shop. Steve and his crew go above and beyond accommodating you. Today as a matter a fact, he squeezed us in and fixed my moms car understanding she needed to get to work early tomorrow. Would I recommend you here? Absolutely, without hesitation. As a woman, I trust these guys. Sometimes mechanics try to lie and make more money, Steve is honest and really makes all the difference when it comes to our car Maintenence. I was planning on…read morestopping at Dunkin on the highway, but a quarter mile before that my Tire Pressure Indicator came on and it was losing air decently fast. I got off the first exit that I was able to, and this was the first service station that I was able to see. I went in, told the my predicament, and they took me right away. I explained that I had my 6 month old kid sleeping in the car and that I needed to get this done as fast as possible. They let me keep my car on so my kid stayed asleep. They took the tire off 1-2-3, and put a patch in it. Took about 25 minutes then I was on my way. They charged me $30 but I gave the guy a $10 tip as a thank you for doing it so fast! I then hopped back into the car and drove on to my destination! I am so thankful for their super fast service!!!!!

When I came to pick up the car( which wasn't even ready and was promised to me 3 weeks prior, he held it hostage and wouldn't give it to me because he said the bank check was no good as it was made out to the wrong person /Company! It was made out EXACTLY as he specified ( with 2 bank teller witnesses overseeing it) and made me, a physically disabled person, very sick emotionally as well as mentally which caused me a good deal of physical pain. He lied from the beginning and throughout the whole process. My car was picked up from him on my 65 th birthday in the first week of December, 2022 and today, February 2nd. 2023, as I edit my review I still do not have my car. His dishonesty has cost me quite a bit of money as my insurance contract with Progressive, only allows them to afford me a car rental for 30 days. Any days after the 30 day period , I am responsible for paying to Hertz. I would never trust this person again. You can't trust Tony. I only used him because he had a 5 star listing but I can't imagine hid clients having such a wonderful experience. I even had to call the police several times to try and intervene. As of a day ago, he insisted that that I pay with "normal green cash" or I won't get my car. GEE, I WONDER WHY SOMEONE ( WHO IS ONLY A WORKER NOT THE OWNER AS HE CLAIMED HE WAS- and I now know this as my lawyer had to get involved. WOULD DEMAND COLD, HARD CASH ONLY and fabricate such stories upon getting a CERTIFIED BANK CHECK from WEBSTER BANK, a bank that is 100% totally legitimate and has many branches throughout this country. Obviously the man is extremely ignorant about basic business practices and should have only a position as worker and not manager since he is clueless about what is the equivalent of the US dollar.
