She walked out with me and went over the damages to my she stated that she could have the car done within two weeks. She would order the parts and let me know when they came in. They gave me a ride to my office so I didn't need to pay an uber, which was great service. They ended up calling me a couple hours later to pick up the completed job. I returned to my car that was fully repaired. It is an amazing job. Even got it cleaned inside and out before returning it to me. Recently someone's shopping cart hit my wife's new car and left a couple of scratch marks at the…read moresupermarket. Lesson learned, always park far away if you care about your car! I was wise enough to use yelp to find a good autobody shop. Gino's was awesome. They were honest and told us the scratch was actually just a scuff that didn't penetrate the clear coat and could be rubbed off. They let us bring the car in only a few days after the accident happened. The underlying dent could be repaired by popping it back out from the inside of the panel. This was very cost efficient way to fix it and I saved a bundle vs the expensive option B they gave me - remove the car door and do paint work. They were cool enough to say let's play it by ear - if cheaper option doesn't give a good result, we can take the price of it off the expensive paint work option B. We ended up paying around $250 for the job and avoided needing the expensive option. We were also lucky that the guy who hit my wife's car was honest and upstanding enough to pay for the damage he caused. Things worked out as best as they could have.
