There are two lanes for a reason. One of the staff members quickly de-escalated the situation by explaining to the customer that there were, indeed, two lanes. Naturally, the customer continued to rant about how wrong and disrespectful "cutting the line" was, but the staff member stayed to his point that the lanes were made available to all customers. That being said customer service is not very good anymore. I bought my car in to be repaired after I was hit by a moron. My first complaint is that I had to play phone tag just to get the initial estimate. They never return phone calls when you ask them to call back. I shouldn't be chasing them down for an estimate and for them to do their job. They said the job would take two weeks. I asked if they could do it any sooner and they said they could order the parts and match the paint prior to dropping the car off which would speed things up. three weeks later I go in to pick up my car and there are flaws in the paint work (necessitating a repaint) and they failed to repair a trim piece that was damaged. So now because I have to gout of town for business I will be without my car for a month. End of the day as with most businesses nowadays, they could care less about customer service, but they want to get paid right away.
