But that is not working out. So I went on Yelp and liked the reviews that Bliss has gotten, and found Sarah at Bliss. The Salon is located in downtown Roseburg and is really nice inside, very tasteful, great vibe. It was a bank so there is a vault that you go into when they rinse your hair . Sarah was super friendly and right from the start I felt super comfortable. She asked me what I wanted with my hair, and gave her opinion and expert advice and went to work and my hair turned out beautiful! I am so happy I found a new stylist and I feel like I found a new friend in Sarah. She's funny, easy to talk to and a great stylist!

I wanted her to do a polished tip and she kept adding powder on my nails used no nail polish like I wanted and used WAY TOO MUCH powder on my sisters nails. she sped through doing my sisters nails like she was barely trying and just wanted to rush us out the door! Donna, the hairstylist, self proclaims how talented/experienced, etc., etc. she is while she's doing your hair. Your thinking, "Ok cool..my hairs gonna turn out beautiful in that case." After I got home and my hair was fully dry and seeing it in good lighting at that point..I thought, "holy s*#t, it's now a clown orange tint color!" Not only that, but I had a large concentrated pile of orange on top of my head. I took a deep breath and collected myself before calling Donna of my concern. I politely mentioned the issue (I didnt address her rudely/calm tone) and she viciously retorts, "You should've asked for toner then!" I replied, "What? Shouldn't toner be complimentary since it's a blonde color I asked for and not orange?" She answered, "No-it costs extra." I said, "Wow..ok, so why didn't you tell me at the time the result would be orange unless I paid extra for the toner." She replied, "Look..I'm busy right now-there's no refunds but if you want, you can schedule an appointment and I can try fixing it for partial cost." I told her, "No- I'd like it to be fixed at no cost since orange is not the color I asked for." She refused to fix it for free and I wrote the BBB (better business bureau). I went someplace else to have it fixed and the hairstylist there told me she would have to cut several inches off my hair since Donna overprocessed and fried my hair. Don't fall for any positive reviews, please!! Horrible, horrible.
