My husband was referred to the specialty dentist for a root canal and bridge procedure. When we first walked in, we were greeted by the front office staff Christina. She was very nice and professional. She explained to us the process of payment and how the procedure would go. She was was friendly and overall made this appointment go smoothly. Once we were took into the back the dental assistant, Tanya was also very nice and informed my husband about the procedure since this was his first root canal and he was kind of nervous. I was an EXTREMELY difficult case--a root canal on a tooth with four crazy roots. Dr. Huh explained what he was going to do, alerted me to the risks, and throughout the procedure made sure the experience was as painless as possible. I highly recommend Finesse Endodontics if you need a root canal. Dr. Huh saved my tooth, which had a large infection from an old root canal done several years ago. The procedure was completely pain-free and much easier than I expected. The office has advanced technology, including a CT scan, which gave me confidence in the treatment. Cristina was extremely helpful in getting my appointment scheduled quickly and thoroughly explaining the costs and copays. She even checked on me after hours to make sure I was doing okay. Dr. Huh's assistant, Tanya, also did a wonderful job taking my X-rays. I have a strong gag reflex, but she made the process comfortable and pain-free. She assisted Dr. Huh very efficiently throughout the procedure. The office is clean, welcoming, and equipped with advanced technology. I felt comfortable and well cared for from beginning to end. Doctors who know what they are doing and also have amazing bedside manner are rare and Dr. Huh is just that! He fixed a failed root canal with ease and precision for me and I'm very grateful. If you're in need of a root canal, this is the best place to be. My mom had started the root canal (RCT) journey with her general dentist but was unable to finish due to a calcified canal. She needed a specialist asap and Finesse Endodontics came to her rescue. My mom had the open RCT with her dentist Wednesday and Finesse Endo was able to accommodate her the next day Thursday to finish the RCT. She was nervous at first. But the staff were very friendly, professional, and welcoming, and interacting with them eased her concerns. My mom was all praises with Dr Robert Huh and his team. She said that out of the multiple dentist she saw in her 70 plus years that Dr Huh has the gentlest hands ever. She did not feel any pain nor any discomfort during and after the procedure and the doctor explained the treatment in detail. They took very good care of her. Amazing experience! Dr. Robert Huh completed my 2 root canals in just 1 hour, completely painless! He's super professional, friendly, and impressive. The front desk lady was incredibly helpful and nice. I'm so glad I found this place! Highly recommend Dr. Huh. On the flip side, I'd avoid the Endodontics specialist on Beverly Blvd in Montebello. The consultation was pricey, I waited over 2 hours, and one female staff member was particularly rude. Dr Huh and his staff are top notch! I had a cracked tooth and went to a different dentist who started my root canal. After three attempts at completing it I was referred to to Finesse Endotontics for higher level of care. I had a complicated root canal but Dr Huh was persistent and able to get it done. As a healthcare proceduralist myself I completely appreciate that despite having a tough prolonged procedure he didn't rush or give up. He was persistent and got the job done. The day after the procedure Dr Suh called (on a Saturday!) to check in on me to see how I was doing. His front office staff are also great! Personal and friendly. Very responsive over text. Dr. Huh is the best. First of all, not only is Dr. H an Endodontic, He is "board certified" (you can check at aae.org. (Not all Endodontics are board certified. That means Dr. H really knows what he is doing. I went to two Dentists and they could not figure out my tooth pain. Dr. Huh did a bunch of diagnostic testing and found out my source of pain. Dr. Huh has great technology. He took X-rays but in order to really see the situation. Dr. Huh has a CT scan machine for deep views of teeth, bones and gums. Dr. H explained everything. Dr. H said I could probably get away without a root canal but at some point he said I should have it done. Think about that. He did not try to "hard sell" me at all. Long story short, with the "on again / off again" pain that I have had for 5 years, I went ahead with the root canal. It was painless and Dr. Huh explained everything as we went along. His explanations made me feel more relaxed. Tanya, Dr. Huh's assistant is very friendly and very professional as well. Christina is very kind, and helpful too. The entire experience was completely positive. (I had hear so many horror stories I was scared to death). With the patience of Dr. Huh, his explanations, and his professional demeanor, the entire experience was outstanding. If you have any need for a root canal, Dr. Huh is the only one to see.
